So I'm a guy in my early 20s and I tried online dating over a year ago. Failed miserably not even a like. I spent the last year improving myself. Lost some weight and then tried online dating again. Failed again but thats beside the point. What I noticed is that I seen alot of the same women a year later. Now I know some accounts are probably old but many apps such as hinge tell you if the user was active recently which most the women I seen again had that recently active in their profile. When I got back into the apps I also tried more than one app at a time. I also noticed that the same women I seen a year later are also on multiple apps. For example I tried hinge and didn't get a single like and I thought maybe its a location issue. For shits and giggles I made a woman profile to see if it was a location issue. In less than 12 hours the fake profile had like 70 likes. So my question is if these woman are getting a shit ton of likes across multiple apps and they have hundreds of guys to choose from why are they still on the apps? Given alot are in their early 20s so some could just been on there to hookup and I know some make an account for an ego boost and have no intentions of dating but you have to think atleast some of the women are serious about dating. Whats your thoughts on women who are on apps for long periods of time?
