If you’re on the date, she’s already validated you as a potential sexual partner. From here all you have to do is make it easy to initiate sex.

Don’t be weird, be approachable/relatable, be forward (but not weird) about wanting to have sex.

If you can make her laugh a few times you’re in. If it’s a good date, assume she’s down for sex. Ask if she wants to come over to your place as if you expect the answer to be yes.

id say make sure you have two spots selected for your date. make sure both spots have couches or seating where you are directly next to your date. this is crucial so you can engage in some physical contact (hand over shoulder, hand on knee, etc). spend some time at the first place, build some rapport, then tell her you know another nice place nearby that u wanna take her. this will almost feel like a second date of some sorts (not really but now you’re going to a new place with someone you are familiar with). at the second place, this is where i’d make a move. kiss the girl at the second place, and after some convo, invite her back to your place. you can say “wanna watch a movie at mine?” or anything else that sounds interesting. once they come over, escalate more. remember, be confident, funny, and flirty. good luck bro.

I think I slept with around 40 woman of whom good 20-25 might have been on first date.

To be honest I did not feel like there was anything "special" I did to get this outcome. Usually we just clicked more with the woman I hooked up with and this lead to a faster intimacy. I didn't get much sex at all until my early 30s, then I was able to have sex seemingly at will on the first date, I didn't know at the time what I was doing correctly.

I'd say 2/3 of my first dates end in sex at this point in my life. I've perfected the first date strategy to a tee so if I'm into the girl, there's a high chance it ends up in sex.

First, you gotta filter who you go out with on dates. If a girl is very adamant about looking for something serious or isn't showing many signs of interest before the date, then she might not be willing to put out on the first date. Pick those that show interest in you and make it easy for you to take them out.

Then, you need to take care of yourself. Look good, high confidence, great conversationalist, and chill demeanour.

Next, you need to have good logistics. Your own place that's clean, cozy, and organized, well located. The date spot needs to be somewhat close to your place to make it easy to suggest going back to it.

Then, you need to have good date game. Great conversations that build trust, comfort, and attraction.

Next, you need to know how to suggest her to come back to yours. A smooth excuse to invite her over that is delivered with confidence.

And finally, you need to know how to physically escalate well when back at your place.

I’ve written a whole book about it called “How to consistently get laid on the first date.”

There’s nothing complicated about it but it certainly isn’t easy until you get the hang of it. You can learn to do this like you’d practice any other skill since - surprise surprise - seduction is simply a skill.

Basically, you meet the girl for the first date - I usually go for a simple coffee date or drinks at the bar or even a walk in the park/on the beach in summer.

Then you simply talk to her like you would as if you’ve known her forever - as if you’re already good friends - just like you’d talk with YOUR BUDDY. Basically have fun with her, shoot the shit, joke around, tease her and get to know her and let her get to know you. Essentially, show her your personality.

Then comes the most important part: SEXUAL TENSION.

This is what separates you from being just some guy who she can be friends with and have fun with from someone she’ll actually consider as a lover.

Once you establish that you can hang out and have fun together, sexual tension is what gets you laid. And there are plenty of ways to ramp up the sexual tension. Mostly through touch (kino) and how you set the mood and how you talk and communicate. It can get really advanced but like I said it’s just a skill you practice and learn.

So if you can simply hang out and have fun with women AND learn how sexual tension works and do it well - you will get laid a LOT on first dates. And any date in general.

This is of course very simplified. There’s obviously more to it than that, like logistics, inner game and so on. Because to have fun with a girl you have to have your shit together and have decent self esteem, not be shy, be self-amusing, etc., etc. Don’t have much time to get into this in depth here.

It's actually very simple, at least for me. There is only one condition, you can't make a big deal out of sex. It's fun, everyone is chasing it, so it's completely normal and natural to imply things are leading to it.

When she agrees to a date, she is willing to escalate, if you don't fuck it up badly. Have a good time, show her around. After couple of drinks at one venue, I ask her if she wants to go somewhere else. She almost always says yes. This is where you lock in, and confidently suggest your place or some other establishment you want to go. Give her a choice. look her deeply in the eye and be silent, until she answers. have a slight smile on your lips. If she toys with the idea of going to your place or she lets you choose, you are halfway there. Suggest your place and go from there.

If she suggest the other place, don't make it a big deal, say 'aight and go there, She just gave you a safe way out to save face, as you have given her the same with suggesting the other option. Even if she is not ready and you go to another place, she will have the idea of going to yours in her mind. At the end of the night you can briefly suggest it again,

The dates when it happened didn't feel like some magical connection, either...we had good conversation, I invited her over, and she agreed. Most dates involved alcohol, but one did not. Several times women came over and we didn't have sex. That's ok, I would never pressure someone in my house if they're not comfortable going all the way.

Logistics is key as everyone said. You need to get her to a suitable place where she can relax.

If you were living in the same house as 20 HBs I guarantee you'd be getting laid a ton effortlessly.

If you take control of the date and bring her along to 2-3 different venues, she'll feel like she's known you for longer and you'll have a deeper connection.

Unlike most people that commented here I tend not to discuss logistics with her, unless she asks specifically about it. I simply bring her home when the time is right.

Some girls will subtly signal they want to get fucked, but even if she doesn't she's likely open to it in the right setting.

Some girls will sometimes impose a time or other type of constraint to let you know ahead of time they're not open to much escalation.

In some cases this is bullshit, e.g. if she mentions she's in her period out of the blue early in the date, this means she's already thinking about having sex w you and is actually a sign to escalate.

However a true good girl will make her intentions known ahead of time and get frustrated if you don't respect her boundaries. I'd still scalate but don't be too pushy.

Logistics is the key to love, war and overall domination.

If you were dared to hug and caress for 2 minutes while intensely staring at each other it would almost be impossible for sexual feelings not to develop.

Make sure to plan your dates so you sit next to each other and can touch. Don't hesitate to make her change her seat to achieve that. This is critical.

In the same way, play some stupid game involving you touching hands, read her palm, do bicep curls with her or make her sit on your lap.

If you're calibrated enough you'll know when to escalate and when to tone it down, making her advance seamlessly towards intimacy with you.

But more realistically, at the beginning you'll likely fuck up and airball it when there's not enough interest. Take it as a learning experience and adjust, but don't forget to take chances.

Relax, don't make it too serious.

A few months ago I was going back to dating and had problems getting intimacy. I was going on dates, making out with them, bringing them home and every time getting Last Minute Resistance.

The key is making them laugh. If you can't make a woman laugh, you have no chance of laying her. Once you do that it's all about escalation. Light touches on her arm/leg/back to gauge her warmness with you before going for a kiss.

The most important thing is to have the first date be in the evening at a bar for drinks. Let their body language dictate how you act. Don’t act like you want to have sex but be flirty if their body language suggest it. Just have fun and not worry about it. I easily sleep with 25% of my first dates on the first night doing this. If not the first date and they are someone I want to see again then it happens on the second or third date.

If you are doing anything other than meeting for drinks on the first date you will never have sex on the first date. You need to do something that leads to sex. Going out to dinner or grabbing a coffee leads to a hug goodbye and telling each other you hope to see each other again.

My observations, and they have been limited to maybe twenty or thirty cases, is that the standards of these guys are considerably below mine.

Perhaps on one occasion, maybe two or three, did I find the woman attractive enough to ask out, much less back to my apartment or hotel room.

Put simply, it’s not all that much of an accomplishment if you’re horny enough and willing to settle for the stepsister instead of Cinderella.
