98% of men are indistinguishable NPCs, for me to notice a man is ugly means he has to be noticeably fucked up, like facial deformity fucked up. If we're at that level of ugly, then no amount of game is going to change my initial revulsion.

If I was attracted to him after interacting with him I would go out with him. If not, I wouldn't.

If I have to try to talk myself into being attracted to him it's not going to work. I'm either into him or I'm not.

I will say I very rarely see a guy and think "he's ugly" unless he's like seriously deformed or obese. Most guys are just sexual blanks until they interact with me.

EDIT: I’ve also felt a complete lack of physical chemistry with some guys who should be breathtakingly hot on paper. I just didn’t feel it, therefore I didn’t find them attractive/sexual

His "game" is flawless, he approaches you exactly the way you'd like to be approached and he says all the things you wanna hear. He's everything you like personality wise, but physically ugly.

This isn't really how women see things. A guy who's game is on point will actually look more attractive to us. We won't see that he is physically ugly if we are already attracted to him.

Most men just don't really register to me as fuckable. If I notice a guy and say, "hes ugly"...he must be really ugly. Therefore, no game can get interest from me. Physical attraction will always come first. Game is just to lubricate the social interaction if you meet minimum standards of attraction...and it still might not work.

One of my exes was objectively a pretty ugly guy, but he was so so sexy. His personality and mannerisms and so on made him hot. I would show friends who hadn't met him a picture and they'd cringe, but as soon as they met him in real life they got it. He just oozed sexual charisma.

Lol yup! This is similar to how I ended up with my bf.

I knew my bf in high school, although I don't think we ever spoke. But I knew who he was and I thought he was soooooo hot, he was like the most perfect guy I could imagine, physically. I remember telling me friend "omg that guy is so hot" and I was told he had a gf so I said ah well then. He was 2 years older than me, so he left and went to school out of state.

When he was 22 and I was 21 he came home from school and I ran into him at a bar. I was in a shit mood, it was like 2 am and I wanted to go home. We were outside in the parking lot and I was waiting for my friend to come out so she could take me to my car. I was standing in a group with him, and he introduced himself to me. Before that, I didn't recognize him. When he said his name I was like oooooooomg it's you!!! You're not as hot as you used to be. And I totally wrote him off.

But we started hanging out and I really liked him. To be fair though, the first time I met him outside the bar was very poor lighting and was doing absolutely nothing for him. Also my bad mood didn't help. So we ended up dating, and we've been together for four and a half years now!

I understand "game" to mean spinning bullshit in order to get casual sex. Unless this means something different to you then it doesn't matter how attractive or unattractive his is because I have no interest in, and never had interest in, listening to lines of bullshit. I only did casual sex the once and it wasn't for me. Even if a woman is into casual sex I don't see how "game"- that she can detect- is going to get you anywhere.

I have however gained interest in men who I was not initially attracted to after finding out things about them as a person or finding out that they had traits that I was looking for. My now husband was basically like this.

It depends what you mean by ugly. Ugly is subjective and there’s a pretty large range there. There are a ton of male actors a lot of women go crazy for but I would never ever consider as sex/dating partners if I somehow met them as they are not my type at all. If they’re not at all what I am attracted to physically then no amount of personality or “game” is going to make me attracted to them or want to hook up with/date them. But if they’re initially not everything I like looks-wise but I find their personality attractive, then I probably would. But their looks would have to be somewhat within the range of my type in some way.

Yeah--although I wouldn't be thinking of him as 'ugly" by that point. He wouldn't be handsome, but he would be sexy. This is barring, like, he has a second nose on his forehead or smells of dead animals or something, which would be dealbreakers.
YUP. My first real experience of desire was like this. Older than me by a good bit, bald, wonky nose, goofy voice--but the man had charisma like I'd never previously experienced, and I could talk to him for hours and never be bored.

Probably not, if I am still looking at this person and thinking they are ugly (which is super rare for me) then I would have to say no. I think people deserve to be with people that desire them and in sex especially looks have something to do with that. I don't think most people are ugly though.
