My understanding is that "Chad" is the kind of guy who is so attractive to women, that women will throw out whatever "rule book" they go by to pursue him. He doesn't have to wine and dine a woman, he doesn't have to bring her any gifts, he doesn't have to follow any "rules" or "protocols," he doesn't have to "bring anything to the table" (a phrase very often used by women in the dating arena), nor does he even have to have a real job or visible means of support. A woman will give financial support to a "Chad" as readily as a sugar daddy to a college coed. (And this gives the woman some drama to complain about when he finally leaves her, as in "I supported him and gave him everything, and look how he treats me!" - a source of great amusement to the non-Chads and beta orbiters)

Chad is an attempt to shut down anyone attempting to debunk the redpill different-threesome-with-models-every-night fantasy. "my Chad friends are like this though!
