I was just thinking about this because with the Rona street harassment has mysteriously vanished. It's all just, "Good Morning." "How are you doing?" with friendly smiles and not leers or anything inappropriate being said(at least around my way and I live in NYC.) I was surprised by this...until I realised a lot of these men have probably not gotten laid in maybe two months. Possibly longer than that. And while some violent sexual attacks have happened (like an older special needs woman getting raped by a man who stopped to make casual conversation with her first, which is why for better or worse I just give men the stank look when they say anything to me out in the street.) not nearly as many as you would expect for such a large population of men who aren't able to get casual sex as easily as before. At least not yet.

I was walking around yesterday like, "When TF did men get so friendly and polite all of the sudden?"(this is a city where men PROUDLY sit down on the bus while a woman stands and the other day in a crowded bus a man actually let me sit with my bag of groceries. Just to give you an idea.) And then I was like, "Oh right! They're not getting laid because of Covid-19."

When a friend tells me about someone she's talked to online or a guy she's just met and she says he's so nice. I say of course they're nice. You wouldn't be talking to them if they weren't.

I mention that all men lie and you have to assume 100% of them are lying to you until they show you different.
