I started and stopped writing like 6 times after reading this so I think I have no words too. Internal screaming sums it up pretty well.

I will say I've breastfed two kids. Both times my husband brought me water, pillows or blankets while nursing. Sometimes he'd change a diaper between boobs if necessary. If he'd looked at our babies nursing like anything less than a miracle I'd have stopped his world.

I just commented, there are serious health implications to this- risk of infection for both mother and baby. The bacteria in the adult mouth can cause difficult to treat infections. In a vulnerable baby - this is dangerous.

I might get downvoted for this but my husband definitely sucked some breastmilk a few times during the two year period that I breastfed and it was very intimate, I mean we were already being intimate so to speak.
