I’ve seen our little sub get mentioned so many times on so many subs and it’s always “they should be shut down, they are so toxic!” I truly don’t get it. One of their subs was just shut down, probably for wishing violence upon women and being racist. Show me where we are racists or ever wishing violence towards the male gender? Why should we get banned? Because we are looking for quality relationships with quality men? Because those of us who have had a lot of real experience with relationships wish to spare other women the suffering we endured trying to love toxic men?

Some claim we are anti-men. That’s just not true and they know it. We do post stories of kind, high value men showing up. This is a sub that encourages women to not settle or take any shit, and yet Reddit is an uproar over us? It’s really funny actually. I don’t agree with every poster here and I try to be fair and post positive stuff about the men I know who have the qualities we’re looking for. If we all only hated men, why would this sub exist? We are just fed up with LVM and looking for ways to best avoid wasting our precious time on them.

It’s mind boggling that of all the actually truly hateful subs out there, so many Redditors are calling for us to be banned. Guess what, lurkers? That won’t happen, because we don’t get off on hurting people like you do. We don’t attack single fathers right and left. We don’t attack men’s sexual histories. We aren’t racist. We don’t celebrate violence against innocent men. We are just here trying to protect ourselves from the toxic culture men created. I know it must be hard to face that truth about yourselves when you’re very much a part of the problem.
