I love how driven/ambitious I am and how I refuse to allow circumstances to get in the way of me achieving my goals.

I love that I’ve had the strength to leave my past three relationships because I wasn’t getting what I need out of it. I have the strength to break my own heart instead of finding the strength to put up with their bs.

I love how I’m raising my children. I do it alone but I think I do an amazing job.

I love how far I’ve come in life and how independent I am. I do many things alone and I like it that way. I take myself on dates often and treat myself like a queen.

I love reaching out to my loved ones and having the time to build those relationships.

I love how I am thirsty for learning and how I have a widespread general knowledge (besides my academic depth) because of it.

I like how I have an eclectic and unique taste in everything (but I'm not falsely prideful about it or anything, it's just nice to see the well curated things in my life).

I love how I can convey my personality externally all while being environmentally conscious.

- I love throwing myself out of my comfort zone. 5 years ago, I'd never have guessed by the age of 22, I'd have done mountain hiking totally alone in two countries (and enjoyed it)

- I love my chonky legs (thank you rowing, rugby and hiking!!), my lips and my eyes.

- I love that I never get bored of learning new things. I always have my nose in a book and I've picked up three languages from scratch in my life and am fluent in them.

- I love that I'm way more likely to get distracted by a cute dog than a cute guy (coz priorities)

- I love the fact that I love being alone and doing my own thing so I don't have to worry about settling.

(Edit- And bonus coz I started this thread, I love that I look innocent and I'm the complete opposite during freakytimes)

I love that I'm smart enough to get to collaborate with some of the most brilliant minds in the world on a mission that is going to help a lot of people.
I love that I am the most resourceful person I've ever known, and genuinely approach things with an "I don't know how to do that yet, but why would I have to?" attitude.
I love that I managed to build a career in private influence without trying because I make everyone around me better just by being there, without any pushing.
I love my relationship with music, my ability to improvise on many instruments and even sing scat, and the way I can pick up any new instrument immediately.
I love that I had the foresight to build a skillset that will leave me in a good position, even if we hit total financial collapse.

And I really love this thread, because I needed to remind myself what an absolute badass I am while I'm recovering from a psychopathic pickme stalking and harassing me.

- It's cliche, but my smile! I have a face like a chipmunk, but my smile is infectious as hell.

-My public speaking abilities. I did Mock Trial, advertising teams, speech & debate and now pitch work for my career. I can hold a crowd's attention if I need to.

-I'm resilient. I'm only a few years into adulthood, but so far I haven't found anything I can't bounce back from. Unemployment, trauma, death and even a worldwide pandemic haven't been able to stop me!

-My strategic thinking, I don't have a mind for memorization or academia but I am GOOD at strategy. Years of chess, world-building, military games, and playing in local politics have left me with the ability to use the information to my advantage and pursue what I want.

- My shoulders. I use to say I have the shoulders of a linebacker (and frankly I still do). I have been trying to level up by lifting weights a lot more and it has led to me accepting my shoulders. They are strong, they are broad. My shoulders remind me to take up space.

I love that I'm raising both of my children to be kind and empathetic and mischievous and that my son does things like deliberately befriend the kids that get picked on even though he knows that will make him a target.

I love that I'm kind and caring but still have a backbone and am not afraid to tell someone off if they deserve it and that children and animals immediately trust me.

I love my singing voice, that I can sing Opera and normal stuff and that I have badass songwriting skills, guitar playing skills, and cooking skills.

I love that I have weird interests like flower remedies, astrology, and tarot cards. Skeptics move along.

I love being great at paddleboarding, kayaking, swimming, and camping and have no issue doing this stuff by myself and am now getting into rugged wilderness survival.

• I love that I can get on with anyone — my personality is so fun, open, and different than many people. I get compliments on how different I am. Also I’m very hilarious lmao. I have great music taste and often put everyone on.

• I love how self sufficient I am — I can do anything alone and because of this I pick up on things easily. I don’t need people and I can leave people alone if need be. I am the editor of my life.

• Lol I love how much I resemble a cat! I act and have the eyes of a feline. Works well with the guys.

• I love how in tune I am with spirituality and have been able to find myself and happiness with it. I’ve found myself to be a great manifester and gotten myself out of unhappiness with a new positive perspective to life.

I love my determination. I’ve wanted to be a doctor since I was 16, and nothing and no one can discourage me. I love that I’m independent and have taught myself to do all sorts of things so I won’t have to rely on a man. I love that I’ve grown out of my Not Like Other Girls Pickmeisha phase through a lot of introspection and now support my fellow women as much as I can. I love my ability to connect with the children I work with and make them feel safe and heard. I love that I’m fiercely protective of the people I love.

I'm a really skilled language learner and can speak 3 at this point.
I'm very brave. On multiple occasions I have intervened in public sexual harassment situations and put a stop to them, and I can't be intimidated by basically anyone. I've also undergone some extremely terrifying and painful medical trauma and handled it like a champ.
I make friends very easily, just by being myself. I think it's because I am very socially intelligent.
I have a great singing voice and I'm a good dancer.
I'm very smart and most things that I attempt I will get good at.

Yay! Bring in some optimism into these dark times.

-I read a LOT of books. Never stopped reading big dense books even in college. I love BIG BOOKS and I CANNOT LIE.

-My daring; moved over a continent just because I had that faith in myself to adapt.

-Knowing how to listen to my emotions. I am dealing with my emotions in a healthier way than ever before, rather than concealing it under shame and anger, like I used to. Therapy has been a godsend.

-My ambition. I want to enter politics or public policy, because I believe we need good people in those positions.

-My tree-climbing abilities. Most recently at a tree hanging over a duck pond in the park. Trees are glorious creatures.

I love how thiccccccck I am. My ass is banging waist is tiny and after dropping all my weight I realised I got a sexy hourglass figure.
I’m strong mentally and emotionally. I have been through stuff that would make people psycho or addicts and instead I didn’t just survive, I thrived.
I’m book smart & street smart. I was able to use both to get my successes in life as well as I’m very independent and haven’t needed anyone else for a very long time. Mainly relying on my smarts and my “get shit done” attitude.
Multiple degrees in different areas and work experience so I always have something to fall back on. I’m always learning and studying.
I’m striving to be a badass nerd and I’m pretty much nailing it. I work out hard, training in martial arts and have undertaken weapons classes and shoot regularly. I look like a sexy librarian, brains and wit of a high academic and the ability to defend myself

I am ambitious as all hell. I have every intention of reaching for the stars, and pray to the gods everyday that I reach where I want to go.
I push myself. I want to get better at everything: school, work, life skills, moral character. There are no limits to how much a person can achieve, so I never give myself an excuse to stop trying.
I get angry. I am simply not built to tolerate much disrespect (still have tolerated too much, though), and it’s made me realise how lucky I am that female social conditioning hasn’t completely stamped out my sense of self-preservation and dignity and righteous anger by adulthood.
I speak up. I dislike letting things go to keep the peace. I have eyes, I have a sense of wrong and right, I have a voice. And I am not afraid to use any of these things.
I am open to the possibilities: I am willing to be transformed by new information, ideas and people.

I’m really curious. I will research the heck out of it hyenas just because.
I love hearing new opinions and perspectives, especially if I disagree with them. I don’t really get emotionally invested in arguments and opinions so I’m able to learn new things about others because they can be comfortable disagreeing with me. I can also navigate disputes with a cool head because of this.
I’m tenacious. I’ve been fighting disadvantages and still have managed to succeed in things I thought I could never do.
I’m highly empathetic and sweet, and I can think of a nice thing to say to anyone.
I try really hard to improve my skills in my hobbies.

I love that I’m intelligent and always curious and eager to expand my knowledge and deepen my understanding of topics of interest to me.

I love that I’m not afraid to try new things (like different hobbies). Even if I ultimately decide it’s not for me, I appreciate the learning experience and never view it as wasted time.

I love that I embrace getting older (38 this year). I feel like I know myself now in ways I never really could when I was younger. I’m genuinely looking forward to getting older and becoming more and more authentically “me.”

I love that I have deep, genuine compassion and empathy for others (especially marginalized populations) and that it’s always prompted me to try and do something to help. I’ve been a foster mother and I’ve volunteered with many different groups that provide immediate and ongoing assistance (food banks, homeless shelters, disabled adults, animal rescues, etc). Currently think about looking into something working with prisoners.

I love that even though I had an abusive childhood, I’ve been the best mother I can be to my kids. My oldest is the age I was when I had her (turning 19 this summer) and she’s an amazing woman. They’re all kind and caring and funny and just generally awesome people.
