I am a single man who does not get much female attention in a Western country, but a few weeks ago I went to a developing Asian country for a holiday. For curiosity I used Tinder and found myself swamped with women, and I went on some dates, but what I found was that I was wary because I wasn't sure if these women wanted me for me or if they were interested in my passport or my money.

However, back home, perhaps one of the reasons why I am not successful with women is because my wealth is not so great compared to other men or women. If it is true that women are mostly hypergamous and that is the reason why I am not successful with Western women, why not go to a developing country? Passport broing will make you vulnerable to being preyed upon by hypergamous women, but how is that any different to women in the West? Perhaps it is best to change my mindset and forget about romantic love and just accept that most women are hypergamous and simply pay the price, but also aim to get value for money.

Is this a good idea or is it completely misguided?
