When I was in college I wasn’t taken seriously by girls my age so I started messing with women over 35 and had way more luck with them.

The idea that only older men seek younger counterparts is not true. It’s just that women know to keep a low profile.

If a guy in his mid to late 30s can pull a women in her early 20s and not by being her sugar daddy but be genuinely desired, chances are he’s also wanted by women his age as well. A desired man like that would usually chose a women with his maturity as the relationship dynamic would be more balanced. Being the 35 year old at the club isn’t a good look imo.

That's a good point, actually. Why aren't 'cougars' seen as basically child predators like their male counterparts? Seems like a small double standard to me. Not that it matters all too much, seeing as this sort of thing doesn't happen too often, but it's interesting to talk about.
