Recently we've had several threads in which the consensus among feminists is that feminism should only fight for women's rights and has no responsibility to help men.

Most feminists seem to recommend /r/Menslib as the best sub for discussing and solving men's issues. But Menslib uses feminism as its foundation and forbids questioning or criticizing feminist theory. How can a subreddit that seeks to help men base itself on an ideology that doesn't care about them in the slightest?

Additionally, does the admission that feminism will never fight for men's rights mean that men need their own advocacy group completely divorced from feminist thought? Does this mean that feminists will support the existence of the MRM now, or is it still no-good-very-bad because it's too "misogynist?"
