Summary: Betas baffled by their unattractiveness and women equally clueless and dishonest about themselves is a surefire combination to keep the top 1% of chads the only happy people in the world.

Typical comments included women discussing personal quirks (socks on or off, room temperature, pot smoking) and users debating the methods used in the study, but the top comments were what we would expect from usual Reddit users: Blue Pill advice. Here are just some examples.

Some other "studies" get cited:

mental relaxation were the most important facets of female arousal and so recommend that people who want to encourage their female partners sexually should start days or weeks ahead of time and to focus on easing the most stressful or worrisome tasks and chores.

They also use Game Theory to make a case for rewarding your partner when they're not in the mood.

Everyone is eager to offer their expert advice. No matter how clueless or inexperienced they are, they're always quite sure about how arousal and relationship dynamics work:

User1: Orgasm is very much a mentally state I think, if she is in a calm secure relationship, fireworks much easier.

User2: Fireworks easier but it doesn't keep me from thinking about student emails, what we need from the store, whether I have enough clean underwear for the week, etc. etc.

User3: So what would be classified as mental arousal?

User4: Having a deep conversation about your feelings

Choreplay comes up often. Sometimes literally:

User1: For many woman it's helping around the house and fixing that wonky door and actually paying attention to her.

User2: It's true. I replaced a doorknob that broke and she was all over me. Additionally, it feels earned if I do work and she does that.

User3: We all have to “work” for sex even if it doesnt seem like an obviously clear cut transaction

User4: It depends entirely on the dynamic. Sex is not a right in any manner, it's a give and take in a relationship. The give is what you do to "earn" the take, no matter what the give is or what the take is.

User5: Mine gets absolutely going if I do the dishes unprompted. Not joking. We call it chore play

User6: Let her know she is wanted. I like to tell her she is a queen. I find that taking care of responsibilities in the house works well.

User7: So basically they want a partner that will arouse their intellect as well as their loins?

User8: Exactly. It’s a mix of things, and I’ve found that I’m much more able to get in the mood when we’ve worked TOGETHER to get the house in order. It takes less time, I feel helped and [sic]

User9: Could you elaborate on what about this would be sexually stimulating and for what reason?

User10: He did elaborate. If it's done then she is not going to have it on mind which helps her to get easier in mood.

User11: their partner going out of the way to do chores makes them feel loved, feeling love makes them feel connected, feeling connected is related to intimacy.

User12: Some people feel more loved because of touch or complements or gifts or quality time, but for some people, it's service.

User13: because it makes someone feel loved, and that's often very heavily linked to sex, if they're using sex in their relationship also as an act of love. people being nice is hot.

More like Hot people are Hot.

Speaking of choreplay, this exchange is my favorite. Desperate AFC begs for advice. Damns himself even further:

AFC: Alright then. How? From a clueless husband, how do I do this? I’ve asked my wife what mentally and emotionally gets her engine revving and even she doesn’t know.

User2: Often times it's likely that sex is very low on the list of mental priorities like things that need to get done around the house or work related stresses or kids and by the time you get to that bulletpoint on the list there's no energy for it. Working together to resolve things to get done takes the mental stress away... Takes time and communication to figure out.

AFC: I try my best to keep the chores done so she doesn’t have to: Dishes and laundry being my main focuses. We don’t have kids so that’s not a problem. I work 12 hour days but I’m trying to cook more and more to take that off her plate as well. Not really sure what the norm is. I get up stinkin’ early, we get home around the same time. I usually wash up (work outside a lot), and then will either do some dishes or laundry, or cook/help cook dinner.

AFC: I try to keep the dishes washed daily, if we have dirty clothes I’ll run ‘em through the washer and dryer, etc. I’m definitely not slacking in the chore department. When I text her good morning, I’ll ask if there’s anything I can do for her that day.

User 3: It sounded like the opposite: she does almost all the chores, so he’s been trying to help.

AFC: It’s not dead, it’s just much more difficult to turn her on (her words) than either of us expected. There’s not one “thing” that gets her going. I want to spoil her. She doesn’t owe me sex because I treat her well. Her love language is gifts. She loves receiving gifts. I try to fulfill that desire on a regular but unpredictable basis to keep things fresh.

User 4: No, she doesn’t owe you sex. No one owes anyone sex for anything even if married.

User 5: It’s just about feeling loved. Ask your wife what behavior makes her feel loved, special, desired. For example, actually paying attention to her, giving her genuine compliments... Not being distant, cold, or invulnerable. This is a whole day/week/life process. I really need that mental stimulation and every single one of my female friends agree with me.

Another one:

User1: So how do I get my wife’s brain horny?

User2: Treat her nice.

User3: Be an active listener, be sweet, be kind, do the dishes, do the laundry, do something spontaneous for her, etc. sometimes when a guys is just super sweet and caring it makes me want to give him all the pleasures in the world.

User4: Are there any time when he does this and you dont want to give him the world. Most of you see this as a ploy from guys to get what they want. Guys should do this constantly but just because. Dont make it a reward type thing gals.

In other words, be beta enough and we may offer pity sex to keep you serving us. But sometimes, you're so disgusting that you're not even worthy of the concept of pity sex. Please don't make us go through the effort of telling you to do our damn chores.

To finish off, at the very very bottom of the thread with negative 22 votes is the only realistic comment I agree with, from a user I assume is a regular TRPer.

User1. -22 votes: This just proves that low libido doesn't exist and dead bedrooms are usually due to a woman no longer finding her man attractive. He is no longer giving her tingles

User2 +3 votes: Nah.

Conclusion:

There are a number of even worse BP examples in the thread, but they're so extreme that I assumed they were trolling. If Reddit were a microcosm of society at large, we should expect the trend of men getting less sex to keep skyrocketing. Can't even blame them. They have no exposure to real advice anymore. There is no beta uprising.
