I've been seeing a very common theme in this sub-reddit. Guys complaining about the reality of online dating. Expressing their frustration with how easy it is for unnatractive, overweight, single mothers who are maybe stinky to land dates with attractive men, but the opposite is untrue. This is just sad to me. Why are you expecting the world to change for you, when in reality, you only have to do one thing to get everything you could ever want.

DO COLD APPROACH PICK UP. The game. This, is the only way for you. I promise.

Being able to introduce yourself, gain attraction, generate comfort, and spark seduction. That's all you have to do. It's truly not complicated, but you will start making excuses right now in your head. You will start labeling guys who do pickup, you will say thats just not me, and everything else to write it off as some fantasy.

I'm 5'6', and average, if I was just on dating sites, not going out and practicing cold approach, I would be right there with you. However, I had my eyes opened, and actually decided to take action. Yes, it took a solid year and a half before I started seeing any type of consistent results. YES, there were a lot of tough nights where I doubted it and questioned why I started. Also, YES, it was absolutely worth it. Going on a year and a half with my dream girl, who I met IRL.

Start practicing your openers. Get good. Try, and try again. Seek help, a mentor, and find others who are on the same path. It is all here for you, just start
