They are very responsive until you see that you get left on requested or pending on instagram, and then realize it was a fluke. Always type your IG on THEIR phone and have THEM follow you. That way you have less of a chance of getting left on pending and shooting yourself in the foot.

Getting dates consistently is the formula of 100s upon 100s of approaches. A beginner guy having a small number of dates has a few hundreds approaches under his belt

Congrats on the approach OP, sounds like it went really well and I know how hard it can be to do.

But I have a few concerns as an amateur to this. Is it not important to build up some kind of rapport and talk to her a bit first before immediately inviting her on a date. I don’t think anyone has any incentive to go out with some random person they spoke to for 60 seconds. I certainly wouldn’t. I think it’s really important to build a connection and not make it feel like she’s the 50th person you’ve used that line on or asked out.

People pine bench folks all the time when they know that person wants more than a friendship but claims to be a friend.
