I graduated from a party school in the US. While people definitely had sex in college, its not like the movies portray it. College parties are overrated. Bunch of people standing around drinking, and talking about life. Yeah, you might meet a girl and take her home, but the biggest “chads” I knew rarely got laid from these parties.
Most of the hooking up at the parties is basically some grinding and a quick make out session before her friends pull her away from you. A lot of the girls you meet at these parties revolve their whole personality around blacking out drunk every weekend. Don’t want to sound like an incel, but I found this incredibly annoying and unattractive. This was the case even if I just wanted to sleep with them.
Like I said, the overall experience is overrated, but I think you should at least go to one or two. This is so you don’t feel like you “missed out.” Don’t get me wrong, I had fun in college, and got my numbers up, but most of the girls I hooked up with I met in classes or clubs. Have to give an honorable mention to Bumble as Tinder as well.

Not at all common. University isn’t much like American pie to be honest. Many people struggle their way through uni sex life wise, and most are too shy.

I find that things change in mid-late twenties, I find women particularly start to get more comfortable with their sex lives (I’m a straight woman). It wasn’t until I got to 25 I started paying an interest and actually worked out what person I genuinely am in the bedroom

I was in a fraternity and orgies were common. My roommate was a college athlete and that alone at a big ten university got him access to the hottest girls.
