Age is one of my big hang-ups about doing daygame. I've definitely accidentally hit on girls that age, and I hate it. My age radar is just way off. Really the only way to avoid it, is just game at college campuses, where it's reasonable to assume the girls are all 18+.

Please don't follow workers to their car, I've managed a coffee shop and had to record these incidents as problem behavior to establish history before getting police involved.

For one, it's really obvious the worker has your attention, which can be uncomfortable if they're not reciprocal.
Now you know what their car looks like and can track when they are or aren't at work.
Now you have their car information which means you can possibly track them home.
The car is isolated, depending on the parking lot, a car is where a lot of assaults and worse can and have happened.
Any employee that receives tips is trying to be on your good side tbh.
Any employee is trying to be on your good side because it makes the whole transaction easier.
Now that you done this, you will be talked about, you might even have unwanted reputation at this coffee shop and it can follow you to other places. There's maybe a dozen employees at that coffee shop and they all have friends.

There's a right way and wrong way to approach someone and I definitely think following a worker to their car is the wrong way.

Alright people it’s really not that deep, yes she was getting into a car when he approached her but who gives a fuck, I’m sure he approached in a calibrated way and didn’t go directly up to her, all he did was exchange a few words with a woman getting in a car, it’s not like he had bad intentions & was gonna rob her or something along those lines…it’s really not a creepy action, it’s only creepy if his actions and words were creepy. Hey, at least you she admitted her age and you got out of there. My best friend picked up a woman at a bar when we were in our late 20s. They started dating and were sleeping together pretty quickly. That was until her dad showed up at his apartment with a baseball bat. She was 16. They got to talking and it turned out the daughter had been using a fake ID to get in to bars. Dad was pretty understanding given the circumstances and said he'd deal with his daughter at home. At least my buddy didn't go to jail. :D

What's fascinating, I'm a low key short dude, but I take care my self and hits the gym. I've approached older women and girls that were 17 and below and they really didn't mind because of how I approached. Some older woman even claimed they were straight too old for me and the younger girls didn't even feel put off by me. I turned my self down for them tho.

First off, you should know the age of consent in your locale. 16 is legal in most places that aren't fucking backward. Second, don't be embarrassed. There's literally no reason to be embarrassed. 16 year old women are physically adult, and it's hard to tell them apart from 18 year olds. They won't be mentally adult until 25, 18 isn't some magic number. And, if it's legal and you're down with it, you can even date them.
