My dad was falsely accused by three 17 year old socially problematic but confident ( i remember them since i was in the same youth group at sea) girls of intimately touching them at an open evening party at sea where all our family was and we were together at that party 99% of the time. He now needs to take high pressure pills and pay these girls monthly fees since they won at court, He wanted to take this to the media so they research the matter, but exposing this case, he would be instantly jailed. He took my 5 year old sister to the toilet because she needed to pee, and they said at court that he was taking young girls to toilet to do idk what like he's a pedo. We later heard that my dad is not the first person they accused of that. Basically they believed them everything at court since they were 3 underage girls and sticking together, but my dad only had family as witnesses, which doesn't count. although the stories shifted here and there and later after many hearings they "remembered" of more etc., one girl dropped the case, my dad had a really shitty lawyer that even payed himself rewards after that from dad's pocket etc. They even said he was stalking them days prior to him coming to the sea (i was there first as a paid vacation for youngs or something, and he came to visit with family and salt water was really good for a younger brother who had some health issues, that's why my dad even agreed to come there in the first place), and how the f*** would he be stalking them if he was home with family when they were at sea. Another really good lawyer in our country later said that he would've won this case in less than 3 rounds, but my dad took a shitty lawyer because "this is their BS anways and he didn't do anything". This costed him tens of thousands of €. luckily he also has another income from working in construcion apart from his main job so he was able to pay the court fees, or else god knows what would've happened. Later a father of one of those girls came to my dad when there was some event nearby, and said to him that he's divorcing from his wife which made up this story with daughter and he's sick of lies and they had many fights at home over this. This has really worsened his health because of the stress etc. Fuck this world and lying money grabbing b**ches.
