There have been a few questions received on how I managed to wind up in a relationship with a suspected HVM. There's no easy answer. I spent years on FDS and also began researching and learning about Feminine vs Masculine energy. While some of it's divine timing, implementing feminine energy practices changed the game and brought HV people - female and male - into my life. It takes time but so does everything. Practicing will allow you to quickly and easily learn who is willing to give and invest.

To feel genuine affection and eventual love in a relationship, a woman's estrogen level should be minimum 10 times higher than the man's; ideally 20 times. On the flip side the man's testosterone should be 10 times higher, to feel capable and worthy.

We don't need a man to walk on the traffic side and protect us from cars, or to do a fix-it task around the home, or to put his jacket on a seat outside for us. There are many examples and I'm using my limited end of the day brain power to name a few. But when we allow ourselves to receive and give men the space to provide, we feel more fulfilled and cherished while he feels accomplished and worthy. Many men are likely not aware of this or would admit that serving a woman gives intense hormonal pleasure, but HV men recognize the feeling.

Express to your partner how you're feeling in your body. We know how we're feeling but they don't. So share! "Sweetheart when you make us a delicious meal and then run me a bath, I feel so valued and warm in my heart." Do not say 'Thank you' ... just tell them know it makes you feel.

He should be panting to do the next thing for you.

For those in HV relationships to the point of sex, I suggest dedicating full sessions to receiving only. No reciprocation. A good man enjoys this.

So, surrender people-pleasing ways and bask in the beauty of the feminine. When men DO, they feel good. When we JUST ARE and graciously receive, we build attraction and connection.
