I'm choosing Tingler.

Assuming that I can't opt out, I can get love, fulfillment, and companionship from family and friends alike.

However, with Sanpaku I would have the love of family, friends and a romantic partner, but still no sex.

With Tingler I can still sort of have my cake and eat it, but it just won't be as delicious

With Sanpaku I can only have my cake.

Loved, I’ve had a lot of meaningless dating app sex and it was fun but I was going through a period of major post-divorce depression and none of the women made me feel the way my former spouse or current SO do.
