I know this short guy, just 6'2'' tall, so short that he had to bow his head when he enters through the doorway LMAO.

Women couldn't stop saying how he is such a confident gentleman for entering the bar and not saying anything while the 5'0'' ones are just 'pathetic' and 'soooooooo insecure about their heights that they have to overcompensate' when they are participating so much and dancing their rocks off at the bar!

Had a guy in my class in college who was probably around 165/5'6''-ish and did really well with women. He was from Ecuador or something and German women are HUUUUUGELY into latin guys.

He had decent facial aesthetics and that South American/ Golden Retriever personality. Always good vibes, friendly to everyone and loved talking about his hobbies in that Latin accent. Like how he loved snowboarding and stuff like that.

And, yeah. He had 173/5'8 chicks sitting next to him on the bus listening to him all swoony-like. The kind of cute blondes who maybe got 10kg/20lbs too much but take care of themselves otherwise.

How much of that translated into actual relationships I don't know.

Height doesn’t matter guys. I know a guy who’s really short (5’9”), and he is very successful in dating. He was able to find a wife at the age of 34, and she’s 250 lbs of sexy. Yeah sure she slept around with more attractive dudes throughout her teens and 20s, but she chose him at the end, that’s all that matters.

Short men just need a better mindset. Instead of complaining, this guy worked hard in his career and now makes 200k per year!

The only person that I know that is under 5’5 and slays is someone from my old friend group in college. He basically looks like a much more attractive version of Bodie from The Wire. Came from a rough environment as well so I’m sure the chicks loved that. Before our friendship disintegrated he fucked like 20+ girls. Keep in mind man is like 23 years old.

Basically what I’m saying is short people can get girls but you’re either ungodly attractive, persistent as hell, confident + charismatic or making money. Dude had three of the four.

I’m legitimately 5’4 and was obese(now slightly over weight) and do well in college and social circles. I think what helps me is that I’m an artist/musician and can go into conversations easily. With that being said I’ve had a fair amount of struggles in the past and tryna recover from past events but at this moment since I’ve been in the gym it’s helped and I’m talking to two women rn(I know sooo impressive) but for me I had nothing I’m high school.

I don’t think it’s game over for short guys. I’m black and have a thick beard idk how it is for other guys but my best friend is 5’5 and just got married and had a kid this year. Been together for years and the girl is genuine.

I wish the short guys who get success wouldn’t play dumb about the struggles they probable had. In reality you can overcome being short but it’s not easy especially if you aren’t excelling in anything. If you’re a introvert and you’re short, I suggest you make friends with extroverts for the social connects. In college circles if you are a friend of a friend you’re cool unless you act like a creep.

Alright, I'll bite. I'm not normally into bluepilled stories but it's New Years.

In my HS chorus class, many years ago, I knew this chubby, 5'8" stoner dude who sort of dressed like Silent Bob and always had girls asking him out. To his credit, he did have a great face and was a REALLY chill person to be around. In my same class, we had this 6'4" lanky guy who was quite handsome and well-dressed and I'll never forget when he made a Facebook post complaining about how he couldn't find a girlfriend no matter how hard he tried. Honestly, I think his biggest issue was that he was a very socially-awkward theater kid at the time.

No idea what those two guys are up to these days.

My Dad is 5'3", and his (married) father and brothers are all similar heights or shorter. I have always been attracted to men my height or slightly taller. I prefer solid, muscular guys who can look into my eyes, and feel comfortable when we're hugging, etc. Short, muscular men have always just seemed more masculine to me.

I used to know a guy who was just slightly taller than I am and I'm literally 5'2. He had good facial features, smiled a lot, had a nice voice. Also was very calming and reassuring. I wouldn't say that girls drooled all over him, but quite a lot wanted to date him. He started dating a girl as a freshman and the last thing I know about them is that they got married after graduation. I'm happy for them :)

I’ve never personally known an adult male that short. I’m technically somewhere between 65 and 67 inches (I can’t get my legs straight due to Cerebral Palsy) and most of the guys I know are under 70inches so maybe it’s just the people I know.

Proportions do effect this. I am mostly legs so people think I’m taller than I am.

I do know a 5.6 guy. Who is pretty succesful. But his also rich persoon i know. Told me ones his boss was so happy with him he gave him a 3k euro raise without him even asking for it. I dont even want to know he makes in total.

Well I only knew guy who got girls while being smaller than the average 7th grader. I knew him since middle school and through out high school. From middle school to senior year he always got with girls, during my senior year I was already 6’2. He was about 5’1-5’2. He also still looked very much like a boy.

He was popular no doubt though, he was friends with almost everyone or at least cool with them. But his main group of friends where pretty much the popular kids. The white kids who were in the mix of everything, so I would say a lot of his success with females during high school had to do with that. Also the kid was very cocky and confident, and somewhat of loud mouth too.

I never really liked the kid during high school, but his ability to pull while getting fucked over by his genetics(his dad and brother were both 6’4) was quite fascinating to say the least.

Ok I'll start, they guy I lost my virginity to was 1.60m (5'2) and I was soooooooo in love with him, I knew before hand je wanted to be single and that he had no intention of becoming my bf but my 18yo dumb ass thought "I can change him" lol no.

Still I will always keep him as nice memory (not the sex, that was terrible, I just had nothing to compare it to at the time) but the dates and the way he listened to me when I talked.

In fact almost all the guys I had a crush on were around my height (im 1.56m wich is 5'1 according to google). Two of them are in my friend group but I didint had the balls to make a move at the time.

But keep dwelling on your own missery, that's hot.

I actually knew a 5 ft 2 asian guy living in America who had absolutely no problems with women whatsoever.

The reason he was successful came down to several factors. For one thing, he was very charming and extroverted. He knew how to flirt, he knew how to make people laugh, and was definitely a people person. Secondly, he had this cute e-boy look to him which some girls like; he wasn't ugly by any means. Finally, his hairstyle and clothing style were always on point. You never saw this man looking bad.

When I knew him, he had several different girlfriends, and he actually got in trouble with one girl but I won't go into details.

I had a former friend who was around 5 ft 4; we were friends all throughout middle school and high school. He wasn't particularly smart, nor particularly good looking, yet he had many different girlfriends throughout his teenage and early adulthood years, and had very little difficulty with women.

Looking back, there are a number of factors to why he could get girlfriends. For one thing, he was very bold and would frequently shoot his shot. Many guys, when they see a girl they find attractive, they may hesitate and be afraid of rejection. My friend however wasn't scared at all; one time, we were in walking fitness class, and he saw this girl walking ahead of us and he told me, "im going to walk up to her and try and get her number" and that's what he did. He was also fairly outgoing and personable and had many different friends, and I guess this translated to being somewhat successful with women.

Finally, his standards werne't too high; he didn't just chase the hottest/most popular girls that every guy wants but realistically they probably won't go out with him; he was willing to date less attractive girls if he liked their personality. He was in remedial classes at school and dated several girls from there, and many of his girlfriends were conventionally unattractive. Although occasionally, he did date some cute girls.

My friends problem wasn't getting a girlfriend, it was keeping them. Like I said, he wasn't the brightest guy, and some of his behaviors got him in trouble with women, and maybe he scared many of them off that way. I haven't seen him in a while, but I hope he's doing well.

Where does this stereotype come from? Ive seen plenty of short men irl having long successful relationships, but all those I've known who were into "hookup" culture do nothing but bitch about how women "only want tall guys".

I 100% agree it's harder out there for short men but when it comes to finding a compatible partner, if they have a personality and good hygiene, their odds aren't further off than the rest of us. Unless of course they're only trying to pull 9-10/10 Stacie's.

Yeah, he was the gender-bender type that most men would assume was gay, even while was pulling girls underneath them. But maybe he was actually 5-3, who knows.

I've known a number of short guy who do fine for the usual reasons. Just stay off OLD and work your social environment.
