From my travel adventures, I'd always enjoy rooming with females because I can get a good night of quiet sleep. But rooming with any guy friends always equate to various levels of snoring. Some are heavy breathers, some are straight up sleep apnea. The amazing thing is, most do not get it treated until the gf/wife snaps and get them a CPAP machine.

Now I understand there are biological differences between males and females suck as thicker neck and heavier in weight. But this phenomenon occurs much more frequently for age 25+ men.

I'd bet if the woman snores and refuses to get treated, the man will kick her out asap. On the contrary, if the guy snores the woman will tolerate for as long as possible and justify it as "it's a medical issue".
