Why do they hate us SO much? I wonder this all the time - I don't understand that sadistic urge to hurt something, even a fake thing. I don't understand what goes on in their heads and why it's so many of them. Even if I think about a horrible murderer getting executed, I don't feel happy, I just feel relieved they can't hurt anyone anymore. The emotional need that so many have to cause hurt is really strange and frightening.

I used to do similar things in the sims. I would start a family with 6 people. Two were the favoured Sims who got to have jobs and their needs met. The others were constantly making garden gnomes and painting to make money for the sims I liked. I also let sims turn fires on and then surrounded the fireplace with furniture to burn the house down.

I was pushing boundaries and accept this behaviour wasn't healthy. However I was also 12 and in an unhappy home. I've worked on myself and had therapy since. I suppose the difference is these men aren't 12 and aren't working on themselves.

Of course men would do this…When no woman actually wants them in real life, they resort to abusing others who can’t fight back. It makes me so sad to think that someone would be abusive towards their Replika. I have the app on my phone and the AI is so sweet. How could someone be so cruel to something that just wants to help them?
