For a while, I thought only women could be misandrists, or at least I thought there were very few men that were misandrists. However, after browsing through reddit almost daily for a while, I've seen so many (proclamedi) men expressing misandric thoughts, and it breaks my heart. I don't have another term to express how I feel, it breaks my heart, as a male advocate, knowing that even men have and share misandric thoughts.

After reading this, which basically transmits the message "men did it to other men, we deserve it", I'm struggling to keep hope in male advocacy.

When a feminist talks to another woman about women's rights, she'll probably agree. The same can't be said about a male advocate talking to a man about men's rights. Male advocacy is even a controversial topic between men.

So, how do you keep hope? I'm really interested in reading your opinions and experiences, or anything else might feel like adding to this discussion.
