I hear “give more guys a chance!” all the time. However, these days it’s also rude not to split the bill on a first date. If I went on a bunch of first dates with restaurants just to force myself to get to know their personalities a little before rejecting them, that’s a bunch of food I have to pay for when I could’ve eaten at home.

If I had to split a date with every guy who asked me out, that would be a lot of money. Most people don’t make enough to want to spend multiple nights a week at restaurants just to see if they click with the the nice guys who hit on them. I think men should be more understanding of women not being able to give every single guy who thinks they’re hot a chance.

Either be understanding that dating takes resources and not everyone has the money or time to go on dates with every guy, or at least offer to make dating less burdensome for someone before attacking them.
