Males are absolutely the more narcissistic gender. You ever seen a woman rate a man on a 1-10 scale or call herself an alpha female lol? They need to come up with fancy titles for themselves so they can constantly feel good about having a penis. They give themselves these titles like "alpha male" "INTP" so they can feel special about themselves. I’m trying to sum it up, but I think these sigma men are outside the standard deviation, there seems to be a sequence of characteristics that, when considered collectively, approach my limit. While they believe themselves to be highly covariant to their alpha counterpart, I find them to be just average.

I feel like the whole Alpha/betta/ sigma types is only applicable when men are in groups- and even then men change depending on the group / I dont think any man is one or the other permanently. Its like a quick reference guide when you spot a pack of men, the "alpha" is usually the one most of them will copy what beer he gets - follow him - laugh at his jokes - the rest are all betta, and in each group one will be the stupid/ jester/ rapy- "wild card" larakin that the put up to do dares and who gets the most drunk, aka the sigma. again none of the terms are static for any man but will change depending on the group around him. just my two sense from my observations over the years
