Yes, I got a tad heavier in the past couple of years. I started working out in the fall of last year again. I now have a much better physique and the attention I'm getting from women is like night and day. I'm getting many more looks and smiles. Now I need to work on getting up the nerve to say something to them. I'm really bad at that part.

You do get more interest if 'you look like you work out.' There does come a point, especially with enhanced body builders that it looks so unnatural that they don't appeal to most women.

In the United States, just not being overweight/obese puts you ahead of almost 70 percent of men nationally.

What you want to avoid is the mentality that you need to get your target physique before getting trying to date/practice seduction. Work on both at the same time.

My best friend was obese in high school. Every single girl he just glanced at has put him in the friendzone, like instantly. While I had much more success with only being skinny. He started working out and in 2 years he became a beast. He's 100% natty, but fellow gym goers often ask him if he's using gear. His IG is on fire constantly, even now when he has a GF and a pic with her as his profile picture. Although his game is nothing compared to mine, he still does way better than I do. If I had his built I'm convinced there wouldn't be a girl I couldn't pull. I do go to the gym, but not as long or often as he does, because I have less free time, and am a hardgainer.

Yes 1000% you will be more attractive. There is no getting to big as long as you stay lean. If you can’t see veins or abs you’re too fat. Women might deny it but they are way more attracted to guys with lean muscle. If you’re tall and skinny you’re just seen as lanky and dorky to women. It sounds harsh but that’s how they are.

It matters as much as nice uniforms in sports. Looks amazing and prompts women to be open to getting to know you more. But if you’re dull, and/or only work out to get partners you’re no doing enough. Wiz khalifas and Anthony Andersons will take your chick 10/10. Personal development involves spirituality, health, emotions, hobbies, art and beyond. That all should be paramount or everything else is a waste like fundamentals.

Yes, but doesn't matter as much as you think. I'm not in nearly as good of shape as I used to be (used to have an 8 pack and all that shit), but I do better with women now than then because I'm just better at approaching people.

So everyone has their preferences, I work out 5 times a week and generally eat healthy so I would like someone that can run with me, or do some of the physical activities I like doing BUT I don’t like really buff or fit guys. As long as you’re healthy and at a good weight then you’re good to go. Generally women don’t like super buff guys in real world relationships, unless their athletes or in that world too.

The level of attraction is based on you being able to take care of yourself. If you look like you workout, have muscles, are thin, it shows you are active enough and able to feed yourself enough to get that body. In that sense, you are able to provide (and hopefully protect). Secondarily, in my mind, women don't want men that are smaller or weaker than themselves. In that sense, bigger muscles help fill out your body and look, as well as help you look good naked. So there are lots of positives and few negatives. The amount of time you put in can turn into a negative if you're at the gym too often, I'd say women do not like that - spending more time at the gym than with them. It will also depend on the woman. Some women like "more fluff" as they like to put it. Too much muscle with too little body fat and I've seen complaints about "feeling like a rock" and not being comfortable to cuddle with. You know them ladies like to cuddle.

So it's a gray area, like most things in life.

Example: the other night I was told I had an hour wait, I continued to flirt with the gals and she looked at a table and said “it’s been an hour right”

Working out is beneficial in so many ways. Especially for tall people it is important to avoid back trouble when you get older, which was the reason for me to start. On the run I noticed that I feel great during and after working out, that I have much more energy, like to look at my own naked body, get instant respect from people I just met, and women are noticing me in a completely different way. Of cause this is also because my personality developed in the mean time, but I get compliments regarding my physique from girls now and then. My advise would be to start slow, like 2-3 times per week for 1 hour. After establishing the habit you can increase the load to what ever level you are comfortable with.

I'd say yes but it doesn't compensate for poor social skills or not having balls. Regardless of how you look, you need social skills and balls to get laid.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I'm 6'2" and 160lbs, not much muscle. While I think it would increase my success rate, I don't think it would actually do much on its own to attract women.

I can say that I've gotten all of my lays while being skinnyfat or skinny, so it's definitely not the primary factor unless you're severely overweight.

Yes definitely. I am pretty handsome but gained some weight in past few years and girls are not as attracted to me to as they used to be. They will say they like dad bods, but it’s a lie. Maybe some of them do but not a lot of them.

Now “nice body” means you should have some muscles: chest, biceps, and no belly fat. If you have abs, it’s good. If not, it doesn’t matter. My point is, if you start looking like wrestlers, it will be a turn off too. You need to look fit, and wear clothes that compliment your muscles. This is important.

I think this is kind of a vapid question. In general women idealize a handsome fit confident wealthy man. But I seen a male model get rejected for not having tattoos. Many women that prefer dad bods Men get rejected for having tattoos. Women that only date blue collar workers. My uncle been married 7 times. He would get out of jail without two nickles to rub together and be living under some womans roof within a week. Its unreal! Freud could't figure it out. If you like being fit work on it. If not don't. If you're asking because your fit and still getting rejected, or if you are getting rejected and you think getting fit is gonna fix it, the answer is it all depends. I am pretty sure the absence of insecurity is the most attractive quality to a woman but then some women only go for abusive, possessive jealous types. At the end of it all you are probably better off finding someone that likes you than trying to convince someone to. Its a numbers game for everyone
