Let me get this out of the way. I'm a fucking loser, there, it needed to be said. I have zero friends, I'm fat, I've never been in a relationship (so yes, I'm a virgin), and I'm 24 years old while still living with my parents...now if you're reading this going "what the fuck is wrong with this guy???" then save your breathe, because I know, and like I said, I'm a loser, I get that. I browse places like Reddit, particularly r/foreveralone, to forget about my life for a bit. I don't know why I haven't killed myself because each time I browse the Facebook of people I knew being happy, or each time I see a couple holding hands on the street, or anything similar I just feel miserable.

But I want to fucking change, I want to change so bad it hurts. Everyone has dreams and aspirations and what have you but few do it, few put in the hard work to accomplish, most give up when they reach the first obstacle. I've decided enough is enough, and this isn't some lame New Years resolution, it just happens to be a coincidence that I want to change now.

So here are my 3 questions for Seddit, it's not entirely seduction-related but more life related, and I have no idea who could answer these better than you guys:

1 - What is the BEST way to change my mentality and be positive about myself? How do YOU guys march through times when you feel ugly, feel stupid, feel horrible, or whatever? I'm going to lose weight and I'm going to fix myself physically, because I know that will raise my confidence, but my #1 issue is my mentality. How do you "THINK" about life in general, to actually get shit done? What do you guys go back to each time you find yourself in a situation where you feel inferior to the people around you? Should I read anything, or is there a mantra you follow?

2 - Let's say I get the social aspect down in terms of interactions, how do I make friends? I mean I'm 24, I can't rely on school anymore, so suppose you were in my situation? What would you do to meet people? I mean, do I have to go to a club alone, I just feel that (as a start at least) would be too difficult. What would you do to meet people?

and

3 - This may be related to question 1 a bit, but what should I prepare for when going through these stages? In other words, what do you think made the difference between you changing your life and you failing? Sometimes even the best feel down about a situation they're in, how do you prepare or overcome those types of situations?

That's all, sorry for the long post, but I mean this when I say I appreciate every single piece of advice I receive.
