Yes when he has areas of significant improvement. Looks, money, status, game being key areas. Significantly obese and unkempt men, or significantly socially awkward, or broke and living with parents for example, can have significant improvement when addressing the specific issues that significantly reduce their chances. There can also be sometimes significant improvement from significant excelling in some areas, like going hard into looksmaxxing, roids and aesthetic surgery, or becoming a prestigious social butterfly CEO, though those are easier said than done.

My answer is "Yes."

But, taking the question literally, "No." There is nothing anyone can do to change the percentage. Life is probabilistic: even if you do everything better, you might simply have worse luck (or very incongruent tastes in women), in which case it may all amount to nothing. Consider the NBA all-star who, out of nowhere, misses almost all his shots in a big game. He's done everything he could to prepare. Some nights are just off.

But most men in most circumstances can improve their odds—that is, make a higher percentage outcome more likely, if never garaunteed.

Assuming an average starting position (so, not terribly ugly, not terribly impoverished, not in a hostile social environment to his ambitions, nearly normal physical condition, nearly "normal" brain function and mental health, etc.), there is no shortage of options available. They vary in efficacy, complexity, and the effort and patience required to achieve them.

The two most common, and useful, are improving his appearance and personality. "Appearance" includes physical fitness, grooming, attire, posture, mannerisms, etc. I would also include his entire sensorial projection, like his scent, the sound and cadence of his voice, etc. Some of these things are determined by genetics, to varying degrees, and all have limitations within an individual's talent and will. But not one of them is firmly fixed in whatever value it sits right now.

Personality encompasses an unfortunately vague array of qualities, hard to identify beyond the most superficial presentations, and even harder to consciously improve. Things like perceived intelligence, humor, perceived strength, conversational fluidity, emotional awareness and emotional regulation can all be great assets, or liabilities, in dating. All can be improved.

The result of somehow doing the work and improving all of these qualities is essentially just living up to your full potential, being the "best version of yourself." Again, assuming an average starting position, it is almost unthinkable that not a single woman would respond differently to the best you as to a lesser you. So you will have improved your odds.

Yes. People can improve their appearance, improve their confidence/charisma, and improve their economic situation. Each one of these can allow a man to possibly attract women whom he could not attract in the past.

Certainly. There is basically no shortage of things a person can do to make themselves look better, if they have infinite time and money: braces, tooth whitening, hair plugs, hair dying, tanning booths, intense exercise, plastic surgery etc, but of course most people don't have infinite time and money (and many of those things are bad for you.) It's a balance. Most guys I've met could significantly improve their chances if they invest in dressing well (meaning stylishly, appropriately, and authentically (i.e. his clothes say something good and true about him)), getting a nice haircut, and hitting the gym a little more.

Besides that, I've observed in my own life a very strong correlation between being comfortable talking to women and romantic success--even more than being good-looking and romantic success. Getting practice talking to women, knowing about and being passionate about things a lot of women are interested in, etc can improve chances a lot. IMO that's a big reason why so many trans guys (who tend to be short etc) get so much pussy.

Yes. Some examples would be: improving appearance (hair, clothes style, skin, physique), improving general social skills, improving flirting skills, being proactive / maling moves. Also increasing the amount of women he’s exposed to but that wouldn’t change the percentage, just the absolute numbers.

Of course. And everyone should do that up to a certain point. If you have success talking to women that really are into sports or that like doing charity work, by all mean, pursue these women.

I'm good with nerdy types who like sociology, politics and finding ridiculous answers to hypothetical problems. That's the type of women I pursue, not the artsy, sporty or financially motivated women.

Do yourself and other people a favor and find the type of people that like you and go for them.
