We're talking Jeff Bezos level wealth. Assume that its socially acceptable, completely legal, and there is no no-fault divorce. I am a woman myself, but am being told that I am unusual in this and many aspects. To me, it doesn't matter how much resources you have, if you are still banging other women ESPECIALLY if you are committing to them, then I can either find someone else of be single and do something else with my life. I've also never looked at an ultra wealthy man (even when I was single) and thought "yeah, I'd bang that." YES, OBVIOUSLY, it is better to be rich than to not be rich. That's not in dispute. What's in dispute is whether being sufficiently rich is enough to make up for, as I see it, EVERY other flaw. If they don't care about you, then its not worth the income differential to just not have to work myself. If they do care about you, then that's kind of diminished by the fact that they care about other women in the same way. It just doesn't seem worth it to me if I have to know at times that my husband is currently on a date with his other wife, or its their anniversary tonight, etc.
