Of course they exist. Definitely in Europe too. Germany is kinda uptight in general which might limit things a little. But Sweden, UK, Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia,France etc etc. All have PLENTY of sluts.

Hookup culture is originally from Europe hahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahah, the americans (Latin and north) just copied the then 'free love culture' and made it more evident/common world wide. If you don't participate, or is unaware of the hookup culture... like by being from the countryside or being part of a extremely religious group, where hooking up is a hastle... well... that is understandable. But otherwise you seen to be completely out of touch with reality.

Lol, it depends on what kind of people you talk to. I have never lived in Germany, but Spain, Russia, the US all have big hookup cultures. The US one is the biggest, that’s true. I have also have been to China and Malaysia for a short time and there are lots of girls who are ready to hookup, but it may be because I am white and it is not normal in general idk.

Yeah the people who hook up regularly are a small minority of men and women. So for people in that scene they think its everyone.

I have an incredibly large and diverse group of acquaintances and friends in canada, and while hookups do happen, the majority of people are either single or in a relationship.

There are lots of people on ppd who a) never hooked up or know many women so they believe that every woman is hooking up every night b) guys who hooked up once or twice and say "you're a loser bro I hooked up all the time" and c) actual Chad's who do hook up.

What? For real? The whole western society is poisoned by very promiscuous women. The average count by the time they reach their 30s is usually above their age. As an American who routinely travels around the world, I can tell you the hook up culture is quite alive almost everywhere I've been...the exception being a few countries in Africa. Even in the middle east, it's there if you know where to look.

That being said, in modern industrialized societies no woman gets out of her 20s without a body count in the triple digits.

If you are a man, then your male friends aren't hooking up (provided they are sub 8 males) because they are not high ranking enough.

They exist in Asia, but it's a pretty niche thing. There's always westerners telling stories about the women they hooked up with when they are living or visiting there. On the other hand, I don't think that that sort of behavior is as widespread among women as it is in the west.
