Been with my wife for just shy of 10 years now.

I don't have any reason to believe that she has even entertained the thought to be unfaithful.

She has a higher libido than I do, so pretty much sex whenever I want.

She's more traditional and fully believes in men's and women's roles in life and in marriage. She allows me opportunities to be masculine for her. She lets me lead, but she has damn good insights into my vision and shows me where I'm being stupid.

She's literally my best friend. We just got back from 2 weeks in Hawaii and I'm certain I would have killed anyone else after being together for 2 weeks, but we had a blast! I legit enjoy spending time with her.

I can't think of a single instance where she has shit tested me. I come and go as I please, I spend money as I please... I basically live my life and she's all good with it. I have to ratchet up the comfort during her period, so I guess she's AWALT in that respect.

She's mid 40s and still stunning. When were fucking, sometimes I look at her face and body and it's surreal that I get to have sex with such a hot woman.

I could go on, but this is a good list...

Every time I bring up how awesome my wife is, I get the traditional merpers saying she'll eventually fuck chad and that she just hasn't had the chance yet. I don't see it happening, but if it does, I'll be right here saying y'all were right.

I’ve met a few women who pretended to be different for a while, after correctly assuming this is what I was looking for.

They were cool, fun, pleasant and even seemed to have interests outside shopping and Instagram.

As soon as we were in a relationship though they reverted to type. Bitchy, manipulative, emotional, selfish, cruel. There are some good chameleons out there, but ultimately AWALT.

In my experience, it's the circle of people you are around.

I've spent time around the 0.1% (we are talking the hundreds of millions+). Pretty much all of the adult women in that crowd are super driven, passionate people who have these huge lofty goals in mind, probably because they have the money/time to achieve those goals while raising a family/kids.

Similarly, most of the women I meet in higher medical/academic fields are notably different - the doctors at my GP (NHS) are pretty 'conventional' in terms of personality, but the doctors at the private clinic I'm going to via insurance are also very NAWALT (I have gone out for drinks with them a few times as some old friends are specialising there).

For a more direct example, let me bring up the case of Anne (not her real name ofc). I had gone to a networking event and my industry is (relatively) male-dominated. It was the standard event (drinks, food, bunch of people presenting work etc) and I noticed that 90% of people (not just women) were focusing on chatting about non-work related stuff (totally fair and expected). The remaining 10% were focusing on presentations and work-related stuff.

I ended up talking to this (very attractive) woman, Anne, and began by asking her what it was like in the industry as a woman. We chatted for a few hours, mostly about the industry and new developments and stuff. Now, I had no intention of hitting on her or flirting with her. I was 20 at the time and she was 26 iirc, I just wanted to learn as much as I could about the industry for tips on getting a job and stuff.

She was very driven, passionate, and work-focused. For her, she had lofty career aspirations and wanted to reach for them. Funnily enough, later on in the event, she complained how most people would start talking to her and move on after they realised she was focused on the industry in conversation.

I've spent a lot of time thinking about this, not her, just that last thing she had said. My only real theory as to why is that she has no interest in socialising for socialising sake at a networking event. She's here to make industry contacts and learn what's happening in other parts of the industry. She sat there relatively quietly for most conversation, answering our (we were a group of students) questions and slipping information in where it fit well.

For the most part, I think people have a good "compatibility"detector and that any man who wanted to hit on Anne would quickly realise that she was not reciprocating and so they'd move on. I understand how she could be seen as 'cold' in that context and when you're meeting 30+ people in a night, the person who you shared no more than fifteen words with is probably not gonna stay in your memory long.

I guess my point is that people who say "AWALT" are forgetting all the women who aren't like that, and that a more accurate statement would be "All women I meet are like that". I think this "compatibility" detector plays an important part here. A lot of red-pill men describe women in certain contexts (bars, clubs, festivals etc) and they forget about the women who don't go to those places/events. Those women who aren't present are potentially in an early night cause they have work the next day, or doing research, or working on a project, or any number of random ass things that means they don't go bar-hopping/clubbing/festivals/whatever. This isn't to say they never do these things, just that it isn't their weekly thing.

Probably one of the biggest defining parts of my GF and I's relationship was during our third year together, when she started working at the same kitchen I worked at. I had been working there for about a year, she needed a job, we were moving in together and needed cash, my chef needed more workers, etc.

My aunt is a real NAWALT. Got married to my uncle after just 9 months of dating, only worked a little bit and became a stay at home mom when they had their first kids. 3 kids later, she was having a very happy life but my uncle had unresolved issues dating back several years and work stress made him an alcoholic. Was red pilled before her so already didn’t approach women with a unicorn lense, but she defied my expectations every step of the way. Our dates were so unique and original, we were so goofy together, and she just had this innocence to her. She wasn’t even the best looking woman I’ve been with, not by a long shot. But there was something about her laugh and smile I found incredibly endearing. And she made me want to be the best version of myself in a way that no one I’ve ever dated made me feel. The first girlfriend I had was... if not a unicorn, then at least better than I deserve.

If we could just break it down so women, generally feel more confident in ourselves without needing men (or anyone else for that matter) to validate us.... then it would be easier for people in general to be together in healthy ways.

NAWALT is pretty much untestable (much like AWALT).

My wife is NAWALT by far but, its not like I could convince anyone who believe AWALT.

She's if anything loyal to a fault, she thinks cheating is the worst thing in a relationship, to the point she won't read a book if the main character starts cheating, shes good looking, not fat, and also let me lead her down a path to FMF's and then swinging, while perfectly content to quit if I decided to.

She takes care of the household, works for me, and has a very high IQ.

She's aging as well as just about any woman can.

She's not perfect, but shes close. She was smitten with me, from about day one.

Over the years I've met women who could be a little better in one category or another, but I doubt I could find one that would fill as many categories as she does as well.

AWALT usually holds true. Sometimes a woman can be raised very differently from the norm though... and because of this a few NAWALT tendencies may show up. My wife had a very different childhood than most, and it forced her to be independent at a younger age. Because of this, she developed more of a dominant, ambitious personality, and is typically very direct. Her father was overly dominant, due to massive insecurity on his part, so being too dominant is often met with hostility. That isn't to say that she doesn't want to be led, and she responds to me being dominant... but it's more about being the social lead when dealing with others.

Acted like an entitled brat to her parents and friends, many incident of which almost made me step in
Had severe anger issues
Thought hanging out once a month was "good enough", but then texted me (and only me, I checked) constantly, sometimes leaving me 200 unread messages while I slept
Would skip exams she had spent a month in "hermit mode" studying for because of stress
Was constantly on ADHD, depression and contraceptive pills, which affected her mood heavily
Fucked up her contraceptive pill scheduling one summer but refused to do anything about it, leading to her spending an entire summer with a "persistent period flow"
Constantly complained about not having enough money but then went on insane online shopping sprees. This is at 18/19/20 mind you, so none of it was her money.
Said she'd kill herself over minor arguments
Flaked on events/dates constantly, and the ones she did attend she often arrived an hour or two late
Kept a jar of toenail clippings
Sent me death threats off of minor arguments
Nearly no sexual contact at all except for the rare event that kept my hopes up, due to some childhood trauma with something that happened to her little brother. In two and a half years, we didn't ever get below the belt.

She was super hot, had some very similar views,opinions and hobbies as me and had the "manic pixie dream girl" shtick completely down. Very short love story but the biggest change I could see in a woman, and boy was it surprising.

So I kind of fell in love with a young lady when I was around 20yo, and she was 16 or something. Some messages were traded and also some pictures but nothing more, she was going through a tough time and at some point we lost contact.

Fast forward 3 years later, we begin to build some friendship again, she tells me she became a lesbian because all men were hurtful to her, etc... Also she begins to hang out with me occasionally, we see each other at the beach, before summer time comes, and she tells me a lot about being at peace with herself, spiritual, that she gets to see spirits and the like. One day we had a fight because I forgot to invite her over at my friend's for new year's eve and she had no party to go (again maybe I was the asshole, but I've had knew her only for some monthes, and new year's eve with my bros is tradition). The phone call stuff carried on for three weeks or so... Until one day, in January 2015, she tells me she has to speak on Skype with a "friend"... I suspected something was on but I was already too disappointed to try and make a move. And well three days after that she calls me and says she wants to break up with me before having her first date with this guy... I cried and it took me around 6 monthes to speak to her again. And she also told me she left this guy because he came to live at her mother's place and was slacking-off all day long ^^.

Now in 2019 we are more acquintances than friends, I live far from her, and every time she gets a chance she tells me about the guys she likes... And it's fun, I still feel this disorder she has, always wanting to be the center of attention, etc. Like she loves more the idea of having a crush and making-up romantic stories in her head, than the actual person, it seems.

TLDR : I was for some monthes with a 20-yo sexy and demanding woman as FWB, I loved how she was careless, tomboyish and drama-free, and when we began to actually date she revealed deep self-trust issues and constant need for attention and validation.
