Absolutely yes.

I have a fat female friend who uses dating apps religiously. She constantly rejects men who are as attractive, and even more attractive than her, in favor of hotter men. She loathes fat guys despite being fat herself.

It's truly bizarre to witness.

She's deluded herself into thinking she can bag a certain level of man because a few of these men will pop in under the cover of night for an easy nut. And she's addicted to the validation because on the street she can never get their attention.

Add sad to bizarre. Sad and bizarre to witness.

I don't know other women's experiences as intimately but I can imagine this is what's happening across the board, which data seem to verify. 80/20. There is going to be a deluge of lonely women in this society who are now 30-40.

The thing about a woman’s SMV is that by default it’s already higher than their looksmatched man. It kind of provides them this proof of it, which honestly most women are aware of it anyway. Take my looksmatch, I am 5’6 and my face is average. Now you might say that my looksmatch might be a tall average chick right? No, my looksmatch is a 200lb woman of equal height, because we’re talking about physical and sexual attraction. And ya know what? That 200lb 5’6 woman can go on tinder and find a dude who will come by and sleep with her tonight, even during a pandemic. Why? Men used to need to be +1 to +1.5 SMV points higher than her to be able to pull decent women on OLD, or anywhere for that matter.

Now female 5's are stomping their fat little feet because they can pull 8's but these guys just use them for sex. This, while they look down their nose at the +1 to +1.5 guys who they used to have no issue dating. Guys who might actually treat them well and even give the commitment they (claim to) want.

Present day OLD has amplified innate female narcissism, entitlement, and grandiose sense of self. They literally think they're all 8's because they had some Chad Cock all up in there a few times. It doesn't work that way, but in her mind, it does.

They're that deluded. That's why smart men stay off OLD and let the Chad's have their harem of deluded fat chicks.

My buddy said it best, when I asked him how OLD was going back in 2019.

No consequences, people like who they like.

All OLD does is increase the pool of customers.

So if out of every 100 guys, one is into fat single mothers, then when OLD gives you access to millions, then you'll get thousands into a specific preference.

It doesn't change anything, and has no ramifications to anything. Sure, some thots will hang out on OLD for validation and safe flirt time, but I doubt most hook up, and just keep it at the flirty stage except for a precious few situations.

Are egos inflated? Maybe. So what. That happens in any situation of statistical clustering of abundance.

If you don't like people with inflated egos, don't hook up with them.

The kind of people getting inflated egos are not the ones you'd want to be with anyway, as they're usually fairly left of the IQ normal curve. They live a life of delusion, and will probably be the happiest time of their lives thinking they're being valuable.

Probably. Imagine if you had a woman who was willing to come by once every week or two and let you blow her back out. Not really. Online dating just shows women the truth about how high their SMV is. Women have more options than men and so they should own it and take advantage of it. The real crime is that many women don't take advantage of their SMV and instead settle for some low tier loser that makes them miserable.

I think it inflates everyone's egos. The consequences are people, and this can be any one, man, woman, any age range or "looks" range, they think everyone owes them something, this long list of expectations and standards that not only would no one ever "measure up", but these people cannot budge on it in the slightest yet will complain when they don't always get what they want, this sense of constant attention and that the world revolves around them, this need to always dominate and win everything. Everyone's head up their ass and not paying attention to what is going on around them. A large part of why I feel he is president. This isn't just online dating, social media in general. I think online dating experience for hookups of not average to not so good looking women really makes them feel good.

But these same women who are actually looking for LTR relationships, online dating is absolutely BRUTAL. Way worse than in offline environments because guys (and girls) aren't nearly as judgey in the physical.

Yes, I definitely think so looking at the dating expectations I saw online + the experiences and dates and expectations/requirements that women I know in their 30s had, 'especially' if their goal was nothing serious early on. Plus seen the experiments that others have done with OLD, Sheesh some guys will crawl across gravel to the trailor park to lick some pussy and they are not all fuglies either. Also I would not limit it to just low SMV but also Avg SMV. Same women could well do the same in a nightclub, but letting their fingers do the walking at home without having to get a posse of single girlfriends to go out with is much easier, plus no approaches from sleazy unattractive guys. I realise its a broad brush stroke, Consequences > disappointment for lower SMV guys getting less action, disappointment for some of the women when relationship commitment men don't measure up.
