Days will suck, nights will be worse. It gets better. Whether it’s true or not, you have to believe you are better off without her. That is the only way to move on.

It’s all about your perception and you’re the only one who controls that.

If you’re in a real tough mental place…..Talk to anybody you can about your situation, your true feelings and how bad it hurts. You have to be “man enough” to admit it hurts and that you hurt.

It’s necessary. If you can’t find anyone to listen to you go to a therapist. I left my last therapist and found someone who is very very helpful.

Men need to stop assuming a relationship is forever. It’s pushed on us to make a life commitment and put all our eggs in one basket when chances are it will end. Marriage is the biggest gamble of your life and the odds aren’t great. I’m not saying it’s not worth pursuing, but protect yourself so that it doesn’t ruin your life.

Keep your head up, work on yourself. I dedicated my life to jiu jitsu and fitness. Do something fun for you, learn guitar, get a motorcycle. Treat yo self!
