I think "jocks" can be painted really unfairly. My high school class was filled with guys who were athletic, AND smart, and truly not wild or woman-hating.

Same with girls on dance team or cheer. It's like people have decided that it's ok to assume they're an asshole for no reason. Really bothers me...

Because now the nerds are actually mommas boys that live in their parents basements, are overweight and wear grease stained t shirts for 3 days in a row, have receding hairlines, acne, and pube beards. They play video games for hours upon hours, and watch the hentai/ fetish porn. They dont believe in taking you out on real dates unless its d and d night or a larping convention - where they expect you to look and dress very sexy like their anime models or the star wars scene where princess leigha was essentially only in a gold bikini. They dont pick up after themselves or have basic cooking / grooming skills but theyll throw their video game achievements and stats at you like its impressive

Honestly I never understood why being a nerd comes with unattractiveness... What does having your hobbies being nerdy have to do with being unattractive? In theory it shouldn't affect. But in real life it's true that usually nerdy boys are uglier... Maybe it's because nerdy boys fuck less and that's why they become nerdy? I mean I don't understand why a hobbie or your taste in things have to do with beauty. But I guess there's a tendency. Usually Chad boys are not nerdy lol I don't know why.

Exactly, jocks flaunt good looks, good genetics and a healthy lifestyle, wealthy men flaunt status and secure lifestyle, shy guys offer..? Dating is already a minefield for women as it is, we risk being murdered, raped, overpowered and forced to take enormous reproductive responsibility, so he better be worthy and impressive enough to risk having babies with (and possibly dying during childbirth). What makes them think we're into opening mystery boxes on top of that and willing to play Russian roulette wondering if the shy guy is nice or a common misogynist or a serial killer, when he doesn't have a lot going on otherwise to be worth it and we have no idea how they feel about us. When they whine online how boohoo they are so lonely, never get approached and then mock women who are similar to them in terms of looks, interests etc. They look ridiculous and certainly not the prize since evidently they wouldn't date themselves, so what can be expected of others? They want gorgeous hollywood-like manic pixie dream girls, younger than them, with their favorite pornstar features to just come up to them as if there weren't more obvious better choices and as if women were meant to chase in the first place, and then complain when that crazy fantasy doesn't happen. And get all bitter and resentful towards women and feminism that they are allowed to have that choice and dismiss their low quality genes. At least jocks usually aren't that bitter, since they can get partners and happiness hormones from their athletic hobbies.
