Any time someone tries to justify putting a stipulation of 'can't say no' then your alarm bells should be going off and you should refuse to engage with that person forevermore.

There is NOTHING I cannot say no to. When a man puts that condition on shit, he is 100% trying to manipulate me into something he ALREADY KNOWS I won't be okay with.

Frankly, if the roles were reversed I'd be totally on his side, but I've never met the woman that would pull a stunt of this magnitude of bullshittery.
