My workplace only has one woman out of 40 employees. The engineering field isn't a dream world for women so I can work in peace. I haven't even met her in the office, I just know she exists from teams meetings.

But at the gym it is a different story. I don't look. I don't touch and I only talk to if I need to use the machine/bench they are using. It's always a "good morning/day/evening how many sets do you have left in that machine/banch" "thank you". If I notice headphones I put my hand in front of their eyes (at a distance) so they notice I want to ask something. With dudes I'm way friendlier and even ask for spots or offer to spot. A girl I don't care if the bar falls on her back, I'm not reaching out to help unless I can do so without any physical contact and I don't even look at them.

I used to be neutral and behave with them the same way I do with dudes, but once I approached to use the squat rack, toucher her shoulder after she finished her set and asked how many she had left. She took the headphones out and loudly said "get off me you creep, I have a boyfriend". I quickly replied that I wouldn't touch her even with her bf's dick, turns out the boyfriend was in the gym and wanted to get physical. No fight happened but all eyes were on us and I got a warning from the gym manager (her boyfriend too, but not her). So I concluded it just isn't worth and I can avoid any comments if I reduce interactions to the bare minimum. This had never happened to me, probably it happens more often with unattractive guys. I'm far from a Brad Pitt but I do take care of myself. The thing is, no matter how attractive you think you are, there will always be a dumb cunt who'll use the opportunity to lash at you due to her bad day or her period or wtv. Almost no woman does that, but they do have the power and protection to do so and there's no society without power hungry idiots.

Good rules. I'd include be aware at all times of where your eyes are pointed. I make sure to avoid anything that could remotely be construed as ogling or inappropriate staring. Just look at objects or a screen or the wall or just off into the distance.

But, yeah, it's definitely good to avoid talking about your sex life or dating life, no matter how much others discuss theirs. My work persona is essentially asexual.

And, again, no matter how much others might do it or prompt you to do it, avoid any remarks about looks. I have to ask patients their date of birth, and I've gotten shit (from women) for not saying they look younger than they are. It's a trap. Just avoid it and be a robot.

Also never be alone with them in a room, but if you have to be just make sure that the door is left open, and if possible be in a room that has cameras recording. You may also want to record the conversation that you have with her

Call me a bit 'paranoid' but I'm considering buying a small personal body-cam. Something inconspicuous to wear, for when interacting with office women.

I found a few on Amazon that might do the trick. Since my shirts I wear have a pocket, I also thought about having my phone in my shirt pocket, discreetly recording all interactions. With the screen off, of course.

I figure, if we can have dash cams & doorbell cams, might as well wear a body cam too.

To all men: Here's the deal. Do not hug a female, shake her hand, give her a complement, or even look at her.

Make sure you are never alone with a woman in any way, shape, or form. Always have at least one other male and one more female present when speaking to, about, or otherwise in regards to a female.

As a woman men that follow the rules you describe are very nice to work with, it makes it feel like a very professional environment. But I would also add that for your protection you should avoid closing the office door specially if it isn't one of those glass wall offices.

When we came back onto campus last year, girls wanted to hug me. I told them only handshake, they all got angry. I stopped doing that until one broke my boundary. Told her right there, if the roles were reversed, I would be outta varsity fast. She hasn’t attempted to hug me since.
The only time I hug a girl on campus is when she initiates it.
I saw a comment about being in the presence with only one woman. Here, we should apply the Pence Principle. There must be another man present so there is 2 guys and one girl. I don’t need to elaborate further.

I was falsely accused of making a pass at my girlfriends cousin at a fucking funeral. Luckily, this wasn’t the first time the woman in question had done this and I was in the good graces of everyone there. So my best advice would be to stay in the good graces of as many folks as possible so that if an accusation is brought forth more people take your side.

There is in increased rise in women in their 30's, not being in relationships/married, and seeing that family dream erode from them. Seeking alternative means of a family (read baby of/on their own), and still running up against biology.

I remember at one of my short term positions in retail. I’m careful about making sure to keep my physical distance, not flirt, and keep a professional relationship. One day in the break room there’s a little girl around 9-10. I figured she was the daughter of one of my coworkers. So I asked if she got there after school and if she was waiting for her mom. Then her mom walks in and I sat away from her and minded my own business as I usually do. I find out later the mom was spreading Rumors that I was a creepy pedo hitting on her daughter. I’m always careful to keep physical distance and still they spread these rumours.

There is my only disagreement. Gynocentric society is already fraying. They overreached and now the pushback is getting heated. The response from Dominion Feminism is more hatred and attacking of allies.

In our lifetimes, you will see a growing movement of young women pushing FOR traditional roles of a submissive wife, loving mother, and appreciative partner. Unfortunately this is boosting some religious views I am no fan of, but change happens.
