What's a good way to get your feet wet cold-approaching women?

Two questions:

I. I know some women who I find to be genuinely cool people. They don't believe in feminism, they have no qualms about saying they like their men 'alpha', they will go to the bar/club with you and scope out their own dude to dance with, won't cockblock and usually will wingman for you, roll up with you, have intelligent conversations with you, All have been in long term committed relationships at some point at least once, yadda yadda yadda, you see where I'm going with this. From what TRP literature I've read these women don't seem to fit any of the descriptions of women. It feels like TRP doesn't make room for that type of girl. Can you guys explain this for me?

II. I like thick and curvy women. From the time when I was a twig of a 12 year old to the man I am now, I knew I liked thick thighs, large breasts, big butts, and child birthing hips. If it came with a little gut then I didn't mind. So long as the shape is pear, or hourglass, no matter how wide, how short, or tall, I dig it.

I won't say that I dig it all equally as it depends on my mood but it's clear I like my women with meat on their bones.

According to TRP philosophy, is that the result of some betaness or perhaps a result of some cultural differences (non-american black for the curious)? I personally chock it up to cultural differences being that my culture likes shapely women but I'm open to hearing another argument.

Overinvested, and LTR starting to act up. I had been reading TRP about 2 years prior I started this LTR. Very good relationship yet as of lately things seemed to have changed. It's not a change shorter responses, being a little more bitchy, asking to hangout less often, going out with friends, just overall displaying less interest, less excited to see me, less nudes.

As I said earlier I'm not new to TRP, is my recent feeling that I have over-invested, lately I find myself checking my phone way more often to see if she's texted me. Since this has come to my attention I've started applying more dread. I even went out with one a few times to try and get my subconscious to know I have options, I am not worried about breaking it off with this girl, however I would like to keep her around if I can fix my current problem of feeling like the relationship is starting to cause stress

Ive never had a problem getting with girls. RP has taught me how to more efficiently spin the plates once I have them. My biggest issue that I am hoping I can get some advice on is in regards to workplace dynamics and frame, and how to fit in amongst male friends a little better. Long time lurker, first time poster: 6'2 ~200 lbs, not sure about body fat% (need to figure this out). I'm trying to develop a plan of action for getting the best results through 2 hours at the gym, at least 6 days a week. Cut sugar, cut soda, booze, cigarettes, and just doing the best I can to get my mind and body in the right place. Just been doing curls (20lb hand weights), swimming, and a bunch of cardio, I'm mainly curious, what do you guys do that leads you to see the best results, and how long before you typically notice a difference.
