Hypergamy and feminism weren't so pronounced 30+ years ago so sometimes I imagine the last generation of men were mostly blue pill. Then again when I read about people back then they never talk about anything equivalent to game when it comes to attracting women and instead seem to be very matter of fact stating that to get girls you need to get a good job and into a power position. They rarely talk about looks though so it seems that the same rules applied but M and S played a bigger role. My dad is kind of both but he is an outlier. Moved to South East Asia when he was young and never looked back. He's currently married to a woman over 20 years younger who worships the ground he walks on and he's had a slew of younger girlfriends well in to his 50's. I tried talking to him about hypergamy and the 80/20 rule and he just looks at me like I'm talking gibberish. Contrastingly I have an uncle who is the same age and never left the country. He's extremely red pill. What are your dads like?

Edit: wow come to think of it my dad is pretty redpill, I mean he may not understand some of the stuff I do but he never took shit from my mom like some of the posters dad's here and he does realize that if he moved back to England he probably wouldn't have nearly as much success with women. He also did whatever the fuck he wanted well into his 40's and 50s. I guess I just think he's blue pill sometimes because he used to spout blue pill advice like: just be confident.
