The funny thing is that the human mind doesn't comprehend negatives.

I had one girl say "We're not going to have sex" when I invited her over - just out of the blue.I just replied "Well I didn't necessarily invite you over for that, but we can do it if you want!"Sadly this just made her really angry. Every time she denied wanting to have sex, I kept saying that since she was the one to bring it up, it's actually what she wanted all along. I know women say this as plausible deniability - but I'm experienced enough, and had sex with enough women to know, that I don't have to play these stupid games for idiots. Sex with such women is usually really crap and I'd just rather that they be enthusiastically into wanting to do it rather than lying back pretending that they don't want it.

More to the point:Women don't want you to think that they are sluts when they are just *gaming* you for a controlling relationship. Not being seen as a woman who sleeps around is part of it, as is trying to make you completely responsible for the outcome of the sex (potential pregnancy) so they can guilt trip you later.

You avoided problems by not responding when she would say she wasn’t going to have sex with you. The explanation to this behavior is simply self-denial. People who constantly state what they are or what they are not are self-conscious of their inability of being what they overzealously claim they're against.

Ever met people who constantly say "I don't even care!" or "I'm an honest person" ? These people are signaling the opposite. A person who actually doesn't care wouldn't be even caring enough to say the remark, and an honest person would simply live their honest life without claiming they are honest.

Girls who say they "aren't going to have sex on the first date" are doing the same exact thing. Their ingrained behavior has been consistently having sex with individuals on the first date, which is why they find the need to claim that they aren't going to. A girl who's truly made up their mind about not having sex on the first date would simply not mention it.

A girl who is extremely self conscious about her past behavior, constantly has to reaffirm what she shouldn't do rather than what she will do.
