Lately I’ve been wondering about this. What is it about the so-called “bad boy” that makes women so attracted to him? Is it the arrogance? The confidence? The smooth talk?

I’ve dated several women this year, and one pattern I’ve noticed is that many of them had a “toxic” or manipulative ex. So it makes me wonder — if a “nice guy” learns to be more confident, a bit more arrogant, maybe a bit more edgy… can he get the same results? Or will women immediately sense that he’s faking it?

I’m starting from the idea that, in most cases, women respond more to how a man makes them feel than to a checklist of traits.

I’m also aware that this whole “bad boy vs nice guy” narrative might be exaggerated by gurus and influencers. And honestly, I don’t think “bad boys” are for all women anyway.

If you’ve ever thought about this, I’d be curious to read what conclusions you’ve come to.
