Saw the huge list of subreddits being banned yesterday on subredditdrama, and the huge shit show that followed. Reddit is committing seppuku buy killing off popular subs who aren't illegal (like beertrades) or morally questionable (like pantyselling).

Now that SJW thought censoring is at its height, I hope more people will slowly see the dangerous path down the "I don't like your idea so I'll screech until you're censored" SJW bullshit.

What about Voat, will it be a backup plan to migrate TRP there if Reddit does kill thus sub off?

I have a coworker whose son was expelled for a line he said during a rap battle.

It was being recorded to YouTube, and his line ended with "I'm killing it, wonder who my next victim is."

Later that day cops, took him out of class handcuffed him, and he is now labeled a domestic terrorist.

He was the only white kid doing the battle with his friends who were black.

No other kid was punished, and now he is labeled a terrorist for life.

What about a Blockchain / Tangle solution where anything written, said and outspoken will be there forever?

A true freedom of speech project. Where nothing can be banned, deleted or removed. In that regard we have to think about what we really want. Do we want community’s like this which will be moderated by elected mods or do we want true freedom and have to deal with spammers and other kinds of subverting individuals?

Something like Steemit but with the haptic of Reddit. Maybe someone can code a simple front end for their Blockchain. It’s theoretically already there. But I really like the browsing thru the subreddits here, because it’s fast, clear and well structured. We should keep it.

It’s time to face real freedom of speech. That includes that we have to deal with the ugly truth. The truth that for example there will be criminals who use it as a refuge. The truth that we have to deal with different sets of morals from individuals. I am ready to deal with it.

It has to be truly decentralized so no one can gain full control. In that regard it’s time to think bigger - about a decentralized internet. Kim Dotcom had some plans about that.

Several layers of the internet - so we could dive deep down into our own network but remain onto the surface if we want to.

Maybe we can integrate several Blockchains - one per “Subreddit / Topic Channel” into one big front end. In this way we can elect mods to moderate the chain - but only for a certain amount of time. After the timeframe has closed no more editing is possible and the statement will be written in the blockchain.

I’m no coder. I have no idea what’s technical possible and what not. But we are driving fast to the point of no return. It’s not about TRP. Its about a global movement that leftist / liberal governments, companies and cooperations around the globe are abusing their power to push their agenda and censor our freedom of speech because it hurts their feelings. That’s not only an American problem.

I’m all in for the opposite.

I’m willing to get my feelings hurt - whatever may come - for freedom.

Have you considered a Mastodon node? It's a self-hosted, decentralized social network. Individual nodes are responsible for moderating their own content (or not), but you can open up for cross-talk between nodes-- meaning users registered on other nodes can participate on your node and vice versa.

General gist, and which I agree, Reddit will embrace the advertising model and will remove any sub that tarnishes the "reddit" brand. Notice that many banned subs are selling products. Given the gun rights fervor lately, it's no wonder as they don't want any liability associated with it. Simultaneously, they can't have Hanes advertising on a pantyselling sub.

That being said, YouTube and Twitter both actively ban/remove controversial content and throttle voices which go against MSM i.e. the advertisers' wishes.

That's why it's been said before and it's being said again: TRP has a 2nd home for when the day comes that our voices are deemed too expensive to ignore.

It would be interesting to get archives of peoples saved posts. There are alot amazing posts that are only in the low hundreds of upvotes 300 - 500 that I wish had more visibility.

I found, that the Red Pill lacked a real youtube channel - something that features the EC's, features the side bar posts, and some of the best top posts of all time.

Sure, there may be some Red Pill channels that focus on Pod-Casts, power point demonstrations in front of crowds, or RSD type videos where the guy talks into a camera. However, there is no Red Pill youtube channel that does it in the simple whiteboard style similar to Illacertus, the guy who made animated the 48 laws of power.

Another thing, so many "self help" guys wander onto the Red Pill and use it as a platform to boost themselves, with their "5 tips to be stoic" and "these shoes will make women ADORE you," and the likes but NO ONE, (not even red pill psychology,) has made STRICTLY RED PILL youtube videos, except for Abdada, who has since vanished.

Guys come on here and post their youtube links, but they're not doing it for the Red Pill. They see TRP as a platform to grow their individual self help channels rather than seeing their channel as a way to strengthen TRP.

I've animated Rollo's first Iron rule, and plan to continue turning the rest of them, and other classic Red Pill laws into videos. Rollo shared my video on his twitter, and I also had the pleasure of working with Rian Stone as well.

I remember asking a long time ago, why didnt the Red Pill have a youtube channel? So I decided just to make one.

I have not found a single youtube channel that animates the real shit straight off the forums - like michaels story, confessions of a reformed incel, Dirty sheets - etc. They all make "Why you should take cold showers" trash videos. Not real red pill. Not until Abdada and I started making red pill videos.

I just think we need a Real/official red pill youtube channel, so I made one.

In this day and age when "ideas" can go 'viral' and many memes have gone viral, you need to create memes which stimulate people's curiosity about "why is free speech so important?" in the first place and most esp "why is freedom of speech important to Me?"

It's so hypocritical to see a community that is basically an echo chamber that has grown out of moderators silencing users who disagree with their core tennets of misogyny, rally for freedom of speech. The red pill stands for freedom of speech in the same way /r/pyongyang does.
