I have a friend who's a doctor. She told me her side of some stuff.
Doctors often have very low general knowledge. Not because they are dumb. Simply because all their working and learning time for about 10-15 years at the beginning of their life goes toward medecine. Why read 1984 when you are already backed up on all your medecine learning?
As for the salary, she's a socialist, but in the end "I wouldn't accept a job that doesn't give me yearly what I hough in debts". Which is fair
We are in Canada, so school isn't as pricy. But they don't even have time to side work. So a lot of them has to live year to year on a credit margin that they update by showing the bank good transcripts.

Yes. The score grades must be show to keep proving that you'll be able to repay one day. They increase the limit when you show that you keep doing what they are lending you money for.

The rest of the student in Quebec, on top of paying around only 2500 CAD per sessions, also have access to grants and low interest loans backed by the government according to their financial situation. You have to start paying 6 month after you finish school, pause if you start studying again and you can delay paiements for 6 months a couple of times if you're in a bad situation financially

Breasts can nurture future children, meaning is beneficial to our evolution to be sexually attracted to someone with good breasts because it ensures our offsprings health. Similar reasons explain why hips and butt are often sexualized. And even more obviously, many animals have non sexual physical traits used to demonstrate health and fitness (ex: peacock displays)

I met people in all kind of professions who dont know such things. I dont know much about many fields as well. I found we tend to think our knowledge should be common knowledge and are surprised when it's not.
For example I'm amazed how many people dont know basics of their own body, how the government works etc. and think everyone should have some understanding of these things. But for many people I meet it's just not important.

Can confirm. I went to medical school and there were some utter fucking plonkers there. I remember being in an ethics class where they were all agreeing that this hypothetical “single mother with one child already who is pregnant, part-time working/unemployed in a deprived area of my city” would be better off getting an abortion because the child would have “poor prospects and little chance of success”.
The hypothetical scenario applied almost exactly to my childhood and life. I went ballistic at them. Some are so sheltered and stupid in everything except memorising anatomical and biochemical information.
They also didn’t understand why I wanted our charity fund to go to vulnerable elderly people in the area (just after we’d completed a course of dealing with the struggling elderly in the area) instead of something more photogenic like a trip to “build houses in Africa”.
Let’s just say I didn’t get on with most of them.

Sounds like you didn’t have great classmates. For the hypothetical, I understand where they’re coming from because there’s a lot of evidence that having abortion as an option can help struggling communities or developing countries. But is pretty insensitive to imply who should get abortions and that a child who hasn’t even been born has “little chance of success.” The charity fund is sad but also not super surprising. There’s a disturbing amount of doctors who claim they like helping people but it’s really just superficial.

I work with alot of doctors, trust me, they're not Dr House doing physics on a white board to see if they're mentally sharp, they're calling me because they can't figure out 100*15. For real.
They are overworked book smart professionals that you need for your health care but they are not great philosophers or intellectuals, particularlyat the entry-level. The really smart ones go on to be specialists and even though tend to know little outside of their expertise.
Most medical people are a depth of knowledge (limited to their field) and not breadth.

It could be that those traits are only sexual in nature, not evolutionary advantageous at all. The equivalent of blue feet on blue footed boobies (yes, pun intended). Notice that while humans tend to like boobs, plenty of mammals don't have prominent breasts.
Less evolution of useful characteristics, and more to help us differentiate human women from men. Kinda like beards, or deep voices.

From my own layman's understanding on the biological evolution of permanent breasts, they really have no purpose except for attracting mates.
We humans find round butts attractive because that's what makes us stand upright and good posture is a sign of good health. Breasts have evolved to mimic the shape that humans already find appealing for legitimate survival benefits. For this reason they've moved upward on humans' chests, become permanent (which no other mammal has afaik) and to appear more round and prominent like good butt. Man this is weird to type out.
So as far as I understand, they're really just a sexual attractor since they don't need to be how they are to perform their actual function. But again, I'm just a curious idiot.

The theory of similarity to butts is quite possible, among many possible things.
evolution, as a theory, can explain a lot of things. To be strictly scientific though, evolution doesn't predict all (or even any) of those things. This is extrapolating after the fact. It's the fallacy - Post hoc, ergo proctor hoc (this happened, therefor because of that).
We may find breasts attractive for entirely different reasons. Maybe it's because it's a sign of prominent symmetrical features (a sign of health). Or maybe because they're soft, or remind us vaguely of our mothers (people tend to find traits similar to their parents attractive). We could sit around and probably come up with a few dozen similar possibilities in an hour or two. The truth is we don't really know why we like breasts. We just know that, generally speaking, many of us do. And we also know that evolution doesn't care WHY we have it. Evolution works whether the trait has a benefit or not.
Sexually, we know of a LOT of species that have traits that serve basically no discernible benefit. Many of those traits are actually harmful to survival and expensive to produce, and many are benign. It could be that the entire history of being sexually attracted to breasts is more in the latter category. It's hard to say for sure.

Breasts may not technically be a "sexual organ" in the same way that genitals are, but they are indeed sexual. During foreplay touching breasts directly stimulates vaginal sexual arousal. There is a reason women surgically enhance their breasts and/or display them with sexy clothes and push up bras, it is to attract sexual interest and attention from other humans. Mothers then expect the rest of the world to shut off that hardwired evolutionary association with sex when they whip out their tits without covering up to breastfeed in public. Completely wrong.
The primary existence for boobs are sexual organs. They are mainly there to seduce and hold a mate.
A woman will grow breasts at say, 16 (approx). They stop having children at say 40 (approx). Say there's about 25 years there of being able to have kids.
When the female grows breasts they become a sexual attraction device. Any girl who suddenly has boobs knows this and will display them... show them off. Men like boobs. It's a natural attraction. They will wear titty tops, clothing to enhance their boobs. For that entire 25 years, the woman has breasts, she can and will use them as an attraction device, to get her own way, to feel good about herself, to stimulate a man etc etc.
In that 25 years, if the woman has 2 or 3 kids, she will breast feed for about a year or so per kid. That's about 3 or so years max for breastfeeding.
So to summarize, the majority of the time a woman has breasts, only a small amount of time they will be used to be a milk vending machine, and the majority of the time they are sexual devices used to attract a member of the opposite sex etc.
