Despite what some extreme TRPers say, female attraction is not truly binary: I'm hot for him or totally repulsed. Yes, their attraction does seem more polarized than men's, but their is still a continuum with gradients.

So I imagine the amount of attraction the woman feels is still very important in deciding exactly what the betabux sex life looks like. Sure, by definition it is not amazing. I’m not very familiar with mail order brides or arranged marriages but I think you only hear about the horror stories. I’m sure plenty of people are happy in each scenario. I’d guess arranged marriages seem more questionable from the outside than the inside. Mail order brides marriages - I’m sure there are many where each feel fortunate they were able to meet someone. I don’t think everybody is obsessed with it happening in one particular way.

I once had an FWB like this. She was a South Asian woman who was engaged to a family-approved guy. It wasn't exactly an arranged marriage but it was pretty much done with a lot of parental guidance.

Like... Don't get a mail-order bride when you are dirt-poor and expect her to keep her part of the deal? Don't lie and then be suprised when she lies too.

And also: these relationships still take work. It's not because you ordered her, that you can skip all that stupid shit women love, because offcourse they don't grow to like you then.

But if you buy her and abide by the deal and treat her like a wife, like the good parts of a western wife on top of your deal: yeah you can have a good result.

I know quite a few mail ordered bride type couples as I’m living in Taiwan currently and alot of rural men get South East Asian brides, and actually a good amount of high income tech/engineer types get Eastern European brides.

I’ll tell you straight up the rural ones are very prone to be cheated on and/or get cleaned out and/or wife eloping with their fellow countrymen. The high income tech types are generally much more stable with a very low divorce rate. But I am speaking anecdotally, because I’m not sure there are actually stats on that.

Now part of it is the fact that even among betabux there are levels, and engineers making 200k is probably an elite betabux. But part of it is also the fact that for Eastern European women in Taiwan they are essentially trophy wives and their social circles tend to be smaller and more isolated (generally just other Eastern European brides and husband’s family/friends), whereas South East Asian brides tend to be put to work on farms or factories where there are tons of other South East Asian men working.
