There is a certain category of celebrities, like K-Pop singers, Idols, and others (I'm not really into this industry, forgive my ignorance). The thing is, the male stars in these genres are as androgynous/ feminine as possible: they have skinny body types, smooth and youthful face features and voices, they have styled haircuts and often wear visible makeup. They almost exclusively sing about "luuv", and not in the way "I am well endowed and powerful man, all women want to have sex with me" but rather "baby, I miss you baby, please forgive me and come back".

These types of singers seem to be crazy popular among certain types of women, mostly teenagers and young adults, not just within east Asia, where they primary come from, but in the west too. And these sweet boys seem to be not just popular, but lusted over by their fans. Like if an average female k-pop fan is offered to have sex with her idol she would do it in a heartbeat.

So I have a coupe of questions:

For redpill: How do you think the popularity of k-pop boys fits into the Alpha fucks - Beta bucks paradigm, where k-pop boys seem to be as non-masculine as possible, yet attract so much sexual attention of the women in their prime ages?

For straight women: Why do you think you, or other straight women are so attracted to men who basically try to mimic your features?

For everyone else I'd like to hear your viewpoint on this phenomenon too.
