My instinct is yes, but I do not know the answer.

Also, I don't know if the problem is a low pool of conservative women or if it is the values themselves putting women off.

For example, I would think bothering about someone being a virgin is very off-putting (I would find it upsetting if partners were policing that). Also, I am very educated and enjoy working outside the home. If I had a partner who thought all that was bad somehow, just because, and wanted a traditional role, I would not be happy with it. I guess there are women who think they want the trad role, though, so these things might not be as off-putting for women as I am imagining it to be.

Regarding size of dating pool: Here's a long article from putanumonit: https://putanumonit.com/2020/01/26/skewed-and-the-screwed/ The TLDR is that the skewed numbers of liberal women make dating pretty easy for liberal men and hard for conservative men. Also, there's some major signaling and purity-testing involved in those tribal affiliations, so they won't mix much. (And looking a little deeper, if this is true, it would contribute explanatory power to why the trad think it's "obvious" that women have all the advantages, and how could you ever kid yourself otherwise, while the liberal men would have a lived experience to the contrary).

Again, I don't actually know. It's likely a combination of factors like Y=.3(liberal)+.08(gender mix of state)+.3(education and wealth)+.3(attractiveness/health/facial symmetry)+E

Basically Liberal/Conservative men may be groups that live in totally different dating worlds. I think this is the case, but I am interested in unpacking exactly why that is, or even if this is true or not.
