As others have said, if it's going well and she is attracted it can be anything. I typically use "come up for a drink".

One thing I've found interesting is just adding something about it being a short time can help them justify coming up.

Ex:

Me - "Want to come up for a bit?"

Her - "Hmmmm...(indecision)"

Me - "Just for a bit"

Her - "Ok. Yeah just for a bit"

And she stays the night. They just need some baby steps to get them there.

Not showing your true intentions is a bit insecure imo. I always say "Wanna come back to my place for a drink." Or just "Wanna get outta here?". Both those blatantly mean sex. This will save you a ton of drama and disappointment. If she wants to hang out but is not up for sex they always say on the way home "I'm not having sex with you." Which I respond, "OK". Still might happen, but I won't push it. Or on the way home you can tell them you can't wait to rip their clothes off.

I don't want to go home and play my guitar for 20 minutes while we're both wondering who's going to make the first move. Be a man. Be authentic with your intentions. You are a man, you go after what you want and you're not shy about it. You have no idea how much women desire to be desired. Watch Californication. I've simply said "lets go hang out at my place." Usually you'll want to "show her" something interesting, watch a show together, etc. By the way, don't pick a movie that is too intense or romantic.

The instrument shit is weak. I play piano and guitar, but I always lead off with something else.

My bread and butter was the post-game. I always had a stash of like 30 beers and some weed for when the bars closed or the parties got shut down. It helps if her friends think you're cool. It helps if they think your roommates are cool.

Don't invite her to come post-game too early at the party. Instead, tell some people you're close with to swing by later as they walk by. Say you've got beers, weed, music, maybe gonna order some pizza (something about alcohol makes girls love pizza 10 times more than guys). It'll make you the guy in the center of things, and it'll make her want in. Then invite her friends, and if you're feelin ballsy, make a joke how maybe the girl you'd been talking to can tag along.

I know it seems manipulative, but college parties are socially competitive, and the rules are much easier to play by than they are to learn. When you get her and a small group of your tightest friends, that's when she gets to see the real you. That's when you get to take a genuine interest in her, and her pursuits, and her passions.

And be happy if she leaves with her friends and you get nothing. Don't take it personally. Don't ask her to stay more than once. Don't text her "I wish you were here." Go jerk off. Be patient, and keep up the winning attitude.

to figure out what was that strange frozen cube that had been left by the previous tenant in the freezer
to break into the abandoned house
to get my jacket
to leave the bag of groceries that I bought before the date
to call my mom
to cook chicken feet that i bought yesterday (that was a chinese girl)
to give her a pomegranate that I bought for her yesterday but forgot to bring on the date
to have a b-52, because I am the only guy here who can make it right

The only rule here is you have to say because, and after because you can put anything.

Example: Promise, you are going to behave! I mean no screaming or loud singing or dancing on the table, because everyone knows and respects me around here. Okey, now we can go to my place, because I can show you my squid. But you can't stay late - I gotta work early.

Conditioning and time constraint is only necessary if you are not sure she is willing to jump on you. The reason is an anti-slut move for her social brain (I am not a slut, I am going to see a squid, this is what is running through her head)

By the way, the more ridiculous the reason the better. If she is going to see dolphins - she is going to have sex, because it's fucking clear you don't have dolphins in your bedroom (though I had a squid, a toy squid). But if you invite her to see your stratocaster, she might actually want to see your stratocaster.

I've always been told that it's easier to bring a girl back if she's been there before. Obviously this can be tough if you're sargeing at the bar, but if it's a date? make some cute reason to stop there like you have to feed your goldfish/monitor/fake dog...point is it doesn't matter why you stop. She sees your place, sees that it's safe and clean and thusly it's easier to bring someone back to your spot.

But usually than having something canned it might be easier to understand what her interests are through rapport and figure something out using that logic. If you guys chatted about cats for any length of time than maybe she can me Koko my cat, or if we talked about post-modern impressionism she can check out some of my prints.

If you've built a lot of attraction the reasons tend not to matter so much, however if you imagine you'll need more time to build attraction then yes, I'd say it does matter how you sway the conversation back home. Realise that some girls won't be comfortable going back with you the first time meeting, but that doesn't mean you couldn't meet up for drinks at your place next week.

If she wants to mess around, shes going to say yes. If she's not already interested, she'll say no. Either way, you both know exactly whats happening.

But if you use an excuse to get here there, you just unnecessarily complicate things. Once you've gotten her there, you now have to spend a certain amount of time doing whatever your excuse was. If she was already interested, thats just a waste of time. If shes not already interested, shes still not goong to sleep with you. And now you've not only unnecessarily spent that time there, but you've risked putting her off by trying something she wasnt interested in.

One time, someone wanted to show me their dog. He went for it, I said no because I wasnt interested. I just really like dogs! He assumed I knew what was happening and I assumed inknew what was happening, but it turned out we were on totally different pages because he hadn't been upfront about his intentions. If he'd just asked, I'd have told him I dont have sex on first dates and to text me in a few days to set up a second one. Instead, he wasted an hour watching me play with his dog.

Activities that are normal to do if she wants to come in (its not like your gonna take your pants off at the door): wine/alcohol, music, movie/show (this one isnt as good), snack (you'd be surprised what a good mood a little something yummy can make someone), drugs if your both into that, a game (tends to work better on not sober women), or even just conversation on your couch.
