You spend a stupid amount of time on he said/ she said. He is an insensitive jerk. There is a chance that she might not remember the exact nature of event or she could've been raped.

4th hand knowledge is impossible to judge anyway, but I have seen it happen. Not saying this women is lying. Some guy I knew in college, got accused or rape by a girl. Turns out they were seen making out multiple times at the club, and at his house his roommates had a video of the girl making out/ going into the room with him. He still spend $8k on an expensive lawyer. And she did it because her boyfriend was going to break up with her for cheating.

Someone I dated used to say the same thing. That the guys had forced themselves on her etc. I asked her if she ever made a complaint and she said no. She would get drunk with single guys and then have sex with them. Next day details would be hazy because she blacks out, and she would make up that she was raped. And it had happened multiple times.

Lets review the "facts" (because this whole thing could be creative writing) here.

This girl is begging terp guy to get back together with her and sending him msgs all day about how she loves him bla bla bla.

In the midst of this she decides to netflix and chill with a guy she knows wants to bang her. Next she decides to publish said event for all to see (including her wannna be bf and love of her life)

Next she posts some cryptic public msg and vague insinuations for all to see (and hopefully for ex bf to read) then dosen't go to the police, the hospital or the multitive of woman's resources.

Instead she goes back to her target bf and gives him just enough info to entice him to pull the rest of the story out.

She tries to use the incident to make her target terp to feel sorry for her or get mad at the guy or start a fight or anything to break up the untenable status quo (of being a plate)

In her own words the guy kept insisting on sex and pushing for it and she decided to keep getting drunker with him and then go to his room as if she did not know what that meant.

Then suddenly "he was inside me" lamo. How did that happen did she trip and fall on his penis? Did her clothes magically evaporate?

I wasen't born yesterday and you should not be acting like it. You just need to add 2+2 here.

She went over to start some drama, make him jealous/feel sorry for her in an attempt to get back with the guy. She cooked up the whole story.

She was never raped.

Edit: oh and lest I forget the guy writing that story is an attention seeking douch who sounds about 16.

Edit: Reading the comments I do see about the disbelief of rape angle. That would be the general opinion of the community. That TRP thinks women should appreciate getting raped? The core of TRP is not giving a thought to what or how women think day to day. Understand it, but saying what they should or shouldn't do is a complete waste of time. The dude interpreted her "rape" as an excuse, which it sounds like it was. If she didn't report it to the police (and we have no way of knowing) all we have is an accusation. Women lie about rape to avoid responsibility, among other things. Not all women do it, but some really messed up ones do. Found out later she had a reputation for getting drunk and fucking dudes she just met, claiming rape thereafter but never going to the police station to report it.

Anyone can push through LMR. But it isn't a good idea. You are trying to hold RP accountable for someone else's alleged rape. At worst, the guy is an asshole if he is laughing at someone else's suffering, kinda like when people laugh when men are raped or abused, but that's about it. He didn't say rape was okay. He just didn't believe her based on her actions and choices.

RP might have a lot of assholes in it, but expressing an opinion you don't like (i.e. don't believe evey accusation) doesn't mean they condone rape. All that nuance TBP wants RP to have to be considerate of liberal or feminist issues seems to be missing when RP asks for the same.

No, I don't agree with the post, but it should be noted that the poster does not believe she was actually a rape victim. I'm not sure if she was or not, it's possible, but I don't know if there is enough information in the post to determine that.

If the alleged rapist removed her clothes/underwear, then I'd say it's 100% rape. We know that she got on the bed with him, and that he got on top of her (her account). In order for him to get inside her, her clothes would have to come off at some point. Since it doesn't appear she was incapacitated or unconscious, how her clothes or underwear were removed is important in this scenario, but that is not explained. If she removed them, I think it's unlikely to be rape (but still legally might be possible to be consider rape, but I don't see any evidence of coercion or threat of force). If he removed them, it would almost be rape 100% of the time, based on her account.

As to the reason I don't agree with the post, regardless of whether she was or was not raped, the poster knows that she either 1) was possibly raped, or not raped, but thinks she was raped or 2) knows she was not raped, but is trying to claim her LMR makes it rape (either due to guilt, regret). In either case, I think it's both reckless and immoral to try and use such a situation to get sex from someone, even if you are 100% certain they are lying. It's just not a good thing to do, and if she is lying, you put yourself at risk of a similar accusation.

Mostly. But unlike you I don't see it as some kind of weird celebration of rape. I see it as an example of how TRP is able to predict female behaviour, that you for some reason mock, even though the guy was correct in his guesses every time(not to even mention the whole "fuck a girl and don't call her for a week and she'll love you" that forms the very basis of this story) Furthermore, I have absolutely zero sympathy for the "rape victim" based on the scenario that was described, and she does not act like someone who was raped at all.

I find it hard to believe a rape victim would be fishing for likes over it by posting about it on Instagram the next morning. Why didn't she go to the police? Is it common for female rape victims to want to want to fuck another guy the next day? Something about her story is extremely fishy.
