Jordan Peterson does not advocate red pill. But he knows men tend to get screwed in divorce. He advocates that everyone work on themselves so they can be their best selves and be attain happiness through themselves. As depending on others for happiness is not healthy. He also warns about toxic feminism and toxic masculinity. To much of anything is not good or healthy. Again he pushes everyone being able to find happiness within so that when they meet someone that could be a potential soulmate they can have a healthy and happy relationship. JP has said before he believes that everyone meets 3 or 4 possible soulmates in their lifetime so you need to be the best you when you meet one of these soulmates.

No. They're almost diametrically opposed. Peterson advocates some kind of trad lifestyle. In particular to take on responsibility, getting married, having children, etc.

TRP is all about fleeing responsibility. About not settling down. About enjoying the collapse all the way to the bottom in some kind of degenerate joy ride.

He’s kind of a windbag and takes very long time plus lots of analysis to arrive at a simple point like clean your room/take responsibility for yourself. Which most people already find self explanatory, they just don’t want to do it... if you’re on the spectrum and need a solid intellectual framework to explain why taking responsibility for yourself is good, then he can be useful.

I think JP is more about the zeitgeist he’s trying to create (honor and respect for men, and earning that) — which conflicts with the current prevailing narrative, esp. on the left that men are toxic, privileged, dangerous, etc. Its about the vibe at the end of the day more than the ideas. The culture being created by our major institutions seems designed to alienate men. Its refreshing to have alternatives to that

But of course any alternative is a threat to the leftie intellectual thought-police who are obsessed with their retarded PC antiracist antimale monoculture... to them even one dissident is far too many.

I mean it makes sense. He’s pretty much red-pill lite without the (overt) misogyny and anger. He probably appreciates the self improvement and discipline principles of it but not the plate spinning hedonism.

Jordan Peterson is a grifter that noticed that he makes more money by throwing out alt-right talking points than by being a respected professor.

He doesn't understand climate change, but that doesn't stop him from being confidently wrong.

He doesn't understand the law, but that doesn't stop him from falsely claiming that people will get thrown into jail for using the wrong pronoun.

So yeah, he's also advocating RP talking points because he realized that he can make easy money by telling lonely virgins that they should clean their room.

Although Peterson came back and admitted how brutal divorce can be for men (after crapping on MGTOW), he still pushes the "go the family way" as part of taking responsibility. In his lecture about depression, he claims that getting a primary relationship should be in everybody's top three pursuits. Very heteronormative and blue-pill if you ask me.

The only reason why he's called Red Pill or "alt-right" is so that he can be painted as one of the arch-enemies of the regressive left.

The concept of smashing through the Marxist ideas of "intersectional oppression" (Oppression Olympics) and taking personal responsibility for one's successes and failures gives SJWs a full-body rash. It's the main talking point that his detractors hate the most.
