I avoid male friendships for this reason. I understand everyone has different experiences but I’ve never had one male friend that wasn’t into me. Not one. There have been over 5 of them. I’m in my 30’s. In some cases, I thought I had a real friend. As soon as they’d reveal their feelings or try to make a move physically and I wasn’t receptive, that would be the end of the relationship. People are probably reading this like I led them on. Nope. We are both adults doing friendly things so how am I to know you’re only being nice because you want a chance with me? Anyways as a human being that hurt. So I keep it cute and cordial with men but idc for a “friendship.” They all get friend zoned ASAP so they don’t get it twisted. Some of them even got angry with me? Like I was wrong for maintaining a friendship with them and should have known. Please... and for whatever it’s worth it’s always non alpha males because alpha males just come in flirting/direct so you know what’s up lol

Joke's on them, most women I know who are in happy long relationships and/or married, ended up with someone they were friends with first. My current partner was my friend for three years before I realized I fancied him. All my best relationships were friendships first, my worst ones were with men met on dating apps.
