I have two exes who try to reach out still. One tries once a year and the other harassed me and my family for a year after I kicked him out. He tried again 4.5 years after I got rid of him with some lame, "I was going through photos of family and have some of us. I thought you might like to have them, so I can start a shared drop box and send them. Let me know."

I never met his family and he never spent time with mine. I also never posed for photos. He made it up entirely.

Blocked, deleted, deactivated SM because I knew he'd spam with alt accounts again.

My ex and I broke up in 2008.

He messaged me in 2012 on XBOX LIVE to congratulate me on moving and getting into grad school. I'd deleted him and changed my gamer tag, but he found me looking through the friends list of a mutual friend.

Tonight... He messaged me on Facebook sending me a bunch of old pictures he found while visiting his parents. He asked what I was doing for work (seemed like a fair question), then made a comment about visiting me (we live on opposite sides of the US). I didn't block and delete... But I berated him enough to cause him to deactivate his Facebook account, which is honestly funnier.
